The worst and most inconvenient experience ever. Prior to my securing the booking I communicated with the property manager to ensure it accommodated my technological needs for work which I reiterated the importance of this because I handle crisis calls that are physiological and mental health related. The property manager ensured me that this property met my needs so I secured the stay. However after booking, he informed me that it didn’t and my stay will be at a different property which he informed me was equipped for my work requirements. The internet service was not accessible/on upon arrival but did troubleshoot and it eventually connected. The following day in the middle of my call with a patient which required securing an appropriate and time sensitive disposition, the internet went out once again. I outreached the property manager and was advised me to contact the internet provider who gave instructions for me to give the property manager which I relayed to him but his expectation and instructions was for me to execute these instructions and follow through on this issue at his property. This was very stressful and unreasonable. I was unable to fulfill my employment responsibilities because I was unable to perform my work duties and provide care to my patients. I had to secure accommodations elsewhere to fulfill my work commitments. I was thoroughly dissatisfied and had an extended disruption in productivity and safety.They refused to refund me for this booking.

We absolutely loved our stay at the studio cottage..The cottage was beautifully updated and nicely furnished..very clean and well maintained..The neighborhoid, cloverdale, was so beautiful and neighbors were so friendly to us..Our host Joshua, was wonderful., always answered our text/ issue right away..he was so friendly and polite and a wonderful host to a lovely cottage. 5 star review on clean, beautiful cottage and customer service from our host, Joshua. We will definitely be back for special occasions. Karen and Dave

Cozy, comfortable stay

Nice property overall, and fantastic historic neighborhood! Nearby there's the park, and the location was good for the event at the coliseum I attended.The photos do make the place look about 5 times as big as it is, just a heads up! It is really just a bedroom and bathroom, though the kitchenette was very handy and well equipped.Back yard could definitely use some owner TLC. Stuff was strewn all about and it is NOT completely fenced - fence is down in the back of the property. I guess the main house is also a rental - no owner on site. The other guests left outside lights on that shone in the windows all the last night, but I guess that's what sleep masks are for! Would stay again. Host was adequately in contact for easy check in and check out.
