Villa Ferrer Best view of the sea and the 5terre

Beautiful and exclusive apartment located on two levels of a period building (1920s) with one of the most evocative sea views of the Cinqueterre. It offers a large terrace (150m2) on which to spend unforgettable moments. It is a one-of-a-kind property, thanks to its location, size and tasteful decorations in line with the Ligurian style. It is located close to the best beaches of Monterosso, shops, restaurants, bars and the Monterosso train station (70m). Villa Ferrer is located on the third and last floor (65 marble steps without elevator) of this historic villa in Monterosso belonging to the Ferrer family.

Villa Ferrer is ideal for a family of 4 to 6 people. It is spacious and bright, with 3 large bedrooms that offer the possibility of different bed arrangements (two single beds or a double bed in each room).

On the lower floor there is a large open space living area (45m2) with three double windows, all with sea views. The living area is divided into three areas: a dining area, a lounge with sofa and armchairs and another leisure area with Smart TV, sofa and sea views.

From the lounge, a short corridor leads to the kitchen with dining table and seating for six people, fully equipped and furnished with a mix of modern and 70s furnishings that make it warm and welcoming. Also on the lower floor there are two bedrooms, one double with a small terrace and sea view and the other with a double bed (the beds can be separated into single beds) and a bathroom with shower.

The third double bedroom is located on the upper level, which is accessed via a wooden staircase, and has a dedicated bathroom with shower.

There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms to maintain a pleasant temperature on hot summer days.

Also on the upper level of Villa Ferrer there is a veranda equipped with a table, chairs and sofas with a fantastic sea view over all the Cinqueterre and the promotors of Punta Mesco. From the veranda there is direct access to the 150 m2 terrace equipped with table, umbrella and chairs.

The furnishings are sober and tastefully designed in the typical style of the Ligurian Riviera which recalls places of the sea and of art and culture.

Throughout the house there is Wi-Fi which guarantees a fast and unlimited internet connection.

The cleaning fee includes 90 euros for linen.
