L'appartement est situé au coeur du centre historique de Monterosso à quelques pas de la mer.
Il a été entiÚrement rénové en bio-architecture depuis quelques années.
SituĂ© au premier Ă©tage d'une maison de village typique, datant du Moyen Âge, il a Ă©tĂ© meublĂ© par un antiquaire gĂ©nois utilisant des meubles, des peintures anciennes et des objets d'art.
Il se compose de deux chambres, une double et une avec deux lits simples pouvant se transformer en double, un grand salon avec un canapé-lit double.

Vous aurez la possibilité de trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin sous la maison: le bar à pùtisserie, la pizzeria, les restaurants, le pub, tous les commerces et tous les services de la ville à quelques mÚtres.
Vous pouvez vous immerger et profiter pleinement de l'atmosphÚre des Cinque Terre en séjournant dans des chambres uniques et "charmantes", climatisées avec air conditionné, bien équipées et meublées.

Davide our host was very helpful. He also communicated well before we arrived.The location was excellent. The beach was close and also the hiking trail was nearby. Shops and restaurants just outside the apartment. Comfortable beds. A washer with clothes line. We had dinner in one night. Spacious.The outside stairs were steep but had handrail.

Wonderful accommodations and hosts in a perfect location. Our family loved our stay and all of the little touches — from a bottle of wine and water to beach towels. The washing machine and pizza place next door were a bonus! Highly recommend!

AMAZING! Perfectly located in old town with lots of dining and shopping nearby. The apartment is impeccable. Davide takes great care of the property and has thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need. Davide is the best host I have ever worked with. He is communicative before and throughout the trip and was so kind to send us recommendations of things to do that fit with what our group was looking for. After the trip he messaged me to see if I forgot anything and turns out my son had left USD behind! He is very kind and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be returning!

We absolutely loved this home! It's perfectly located on a beautiful street in Monterroso just steps from charming restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The inside is impeccably clean and the authentic decorations from the area add to its character. Davide was a fantastic host offering a warm welcome and helpful communication throughout our stay. I’d give it 11/10 if I could. Best place we stayed in Italy—spotless, beautiful, and a fantastic host. Perfect base for Cinque Terre. Our family of six had plenty of space: the kids used the two back rooms, and my wife and I took the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfy). There’s a bit of evening noise from the pizzeria downstairs, but we didn’t mind—open the windows and the smell of excellent pizza drifts in. We even ate there twice. Bakery and other restaurants just around the corner. Can't say enough about this place.

Thr property itself, the location and the host, Davide, was OUTSTANDING! We couldn't ask for more! Davide kept in contact with us from booking until arrival and even touched base during our stay to ensure everything was just perfect. It was our family of 5 vacation. 4 adults and 1 11yr old. Beutiful home in the heart of Monterosso

This is a wonderful apartment! I simply can not say enough kind words about the hosts. Davide communicated so well before our stay- suggesting restaurants and things to do, options for getting to the home, and even offered assistance with our bags and taxis! We did the sunset cruise of the towns with Fish & Chill that Davide recommended and it was fabulous! The apartment is clean, cute and worked wonderfully for us. It is located right near many restaurants, the beach and train station. If there were more stars I would rate this higher!

Maybe the best VRBO stay I've ever had from start to finish

Stayed at Davide's charming home in Monterosso with my family. It was steps from fantastic restaurants, cafe's, and many other wonderful treats. It was close to the train station and 75 meters from the beach. It was an incredible clean, with everything so convenient. I can't believe I got lucky and found this gem! Thank you so so much!

Could hear chatter from the restaurant below but not in the bedrooms. Davide met us upon arrival to show us the property and provided wonderful recommendations. He was very responsive and helpful. Very clean and big apartment in quaint old town

This apartment was super clean and lots of space. The host was very kind and communicated with us regularly to make sure all was well. There is a kitchenette, table, large room in front with two large windows out onto the tiny pedestrian street below. Wafts of pastry in the morning and pizza in the afternoon. We are glad we stayed in old town. There is much more spirit especially during the lemon festival.large bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Plenty of space. Large master bedroom and 2nd room with step singles. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Monterosso

The property was perfect for our girls trip stay. The location was great with restaurants, bakeries, wine bars and shops right outside and it was an easy walk to the beach and the train station.The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the apartment worked well for us.Davide could not have been more pleasant or accommodating.I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place, great location.

Stayed 4 nights, couldn't have been happier. Can literally step outside, take a seat and order pizza. Coffee and breakfast are just a few steps beyond that, and the liveliest bar in Monterosso, just down the block. Felt more like staying at a families home then a rental, Davide the owner was always within reach if needed, though I never did. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. The location was very good. A few little annoying things were: One day the shower did not work. One of two hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom was broken. A handle was missing on the shutter door to the balcony.
