This lower level 425sf suite has 1 bedroom and sits on a quarter-acre lot along with the upper level portion of the home that is rented to a long term tenant. The small garage is a shared area with the laundry area, some storage space (not parking) and a large driveway.

This lower level unit has its own kitchen with new appliances, a separate bedroom with king bed and original art, a living room with TV and its own newly remodeled bathroom with shower over tub.

Despite the feeling of being away from it all, it’s just a few minutes by car to shopping, dining and movies in downtown Monterey, 5 minutes to Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and 10 minutes to golf and sightseeing in Pebble Beach®, enjoying historic Pacific Grove, or visiting charming Carmel-by-the-Sea.

This lower level suite is rented separately from the upper level unit which has a long term tenant. Reasonable neighbor sounds from the upper unit may be heard from the lower level suite at times.
The washer and dryer is located in the garage and is shared by both the upper and lower units.
