VILLA IL NIDO - MONTEPULCIANO AREA
Located in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany, close to Montepulciano, Villa Il Nido is a beautifully restored 18th century villa with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside and a private swimming pool. Featuring beautiful gardens, a wine-producing vineyard, and a wonderful team of staff to cook and clean, the villa is perfect for relaxing holidays or events such as weddings or large parties.

The villa (1,000 sqm) consists of a main house which develops over two levels, an annex, a pavilion, and a lemon house.

MAIN HOUSE:
On the ground floor, you will find a large well-equipped kitchen (with dining table, island, and wood fireplace), and a spacious lounge with large arched windows and a door leading directly onto the garden (with three sofas, dining table, fireplace, and a small library).

On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) each with private bathroom with hydro-massage tub and sauna cabin.

Please note that the kitchen is only available to staff during the chef services, and that the staff can cater to all dietary restrictions, allergies, and food intolerances.

ANNEX:
In the annex you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with hydromassage baths) and small private terraces (with table and chairs).

LEMON HOUSE:
The Lemon House (located in the garden) has large arched windows overlooking the garden and a quiet seating area with three sofas, a mobile bar, and a coffee station.

THE PAVILION:
Located in the garden, the Pavilion has large glass windows overlooking the garden and features a bar, coffee station, a bathroom (with toilet) and tables where breakfast and dinner are served.

Outside the villa is set in a ½ hectare garden with an English lawn, a wine-producing vineyard, and a private swimming pool (22m x 12 m; depth 1.72 m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). The garden has spectacular views, and the woods are home to hares and baby goats.
