Villa Alma Mea - Homelike Villas

Villa Alma Mea, strategically positioned atop one of the Chianti hills' most perfectly situated, offers our guests breathtaking views of the Tuscan valleys and surrounding countryside.

Originally built in the year 1000 A.D., our villa has undergone a long and carefully conceived restoration. Today, as a result, guests can enjoy the extraordinary views provided by its unique position on the Tuscan hillside. This stunning villa, which has been beautifully furnished with the most modern facilities, boasts all the comforts one could desire for a truly memorable and unforgettable vacation.
Villa Alma Mea consists of two structures, available for exclusive rental with access to 2 pools and a jacuzzi.
Villa Alma, on the main floor, comprises two spacious living rooms, a marvelous kitchen with arched windows offering spectacular valley views, and a bathroom. There is a spacious master bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, a queen-sized bedroom with a separate dressing room and a large private bathroom with a shower, and finally, a single bedroom.

On the first floor, there are two large living rooms with a grand fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, a bathroom, a queen-sized bedroom with a large private bathroom with a double shower, a large bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and another bathroom with a shower.

The other structure is Villa Mea, a cottage that can accommodate up to six people and consists of a bright and colorful kitchen fully equipped with the latest amenities, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower cabins. Upstairs, there is an open-plan upper gallery with a fireplace and a spacious lounge area, with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed for two people).

Both structures have been completely restored with ancient terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design with a very fresh and clean look. Both are equipped with heating, TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, and stereo with CD player, barbecue, ceiling fans, automatic gate, car parking, and a large independent garden. In the villa, the bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the cottage has air conditioning (in the sleeping area),

In case of booking, the following CONDITIONS are accepted:

The pool is open from May to September (only during the high season). Upon request, it is possible to advance or postpone the pool opening period, paying an additional cost of €250 per week in cash at check-in.

Check-In: Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Late check-in €50 for each hour)
Check-Out: Saturdays by 10:00 AM

Not included in the price:

Security deposit: €1,000 to be paid in cash upon check-in.
Final cleaning: €300 per week to be paid in cash upon check-in.
Air conditioning in Villa Mea: €150 per week to be paid in cash upon check-in.
Air conditioning in Villa Alma: €400 per week to be paid in cash upon check-in (starting from May 2024).
Heating: €6.00 per cubic meter for each structure
Tourism tax: €1.00 per person per night.

Included in the price:
Taxes, firewood (1 basket), covered parking, weekly change of linens and towels, Wi-Fi internet connection, barbecue, crib and high chair for children (upon request), private use of the pool, ceiling fans in the villa, stereo, TV, DVD player.
Extras:

Additional firewood: €7.00 per basket.
Towel change: €5.00 per person.
Additional Linen change: €7.00 per person.
Additional cleaning: €35.00 per hour.
Pet supplement: €100 per week per animal.
