External Description

Villa Aurora is a delightful country house located a few meters from Montelparo, a small Medieval village in the Fermo hinterland. Dating back to the first half of the 1800s, the property has been renovated respecting the characteristics of the classic Marche farmhouse.

The villa boasts a lovely private park spread over 2 levels: on the lower level there is a large garden with lawn, a wood-burning oven, an airy gazebo (with dining table, sofa and armchairs), and an uncovered parking for 5 cars; on the upper level, in a panoramic position, you will find the relax area with pool and a brick annex.

Open from May to September, the pool (18 x 8 m, depth 100 cm) is equipped with: parasols, deck chairs, sunbeds and some tables.

Next to the pool there is a large annex, furnished with: sofa, armchairs, dining table, chairs, outdoor kitchen (with sink and oven), hammocks, and some fitness equipment.

Internal Description

Villa Aurora is spread over 2 floors, and can accommodate up to 13 people, has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. The living room and all the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor houses a rustic open space living area with: dining table, sofas, armchairs, fireplace and tv. Following is a large kitchen with direct access to the lower level of the park, fully equipped with: dining table, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.

Also on the ground floor you will find a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), and 2 bathrooms with shower.

First floor: The upper floor, which can be accessed both internally from the stairs and externally from the farmyard, is dedicated to the sleeping area, constisting of: 1 double bedroom; 1 triple bedroom (with a double bed + a single bed); 1 quadruple bedroom (with a double bed + two single beds on the mezzanine); 1 quadruple bedroom (with two single beds + two single beds on the mezzanine).

All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); electricity upon consumption (0.30€/Kw); heating upon consumption; extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (15.00€ per person). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
