This lavish property has 5 bedrooms available each with an en-suite bathroom and large closet space, there are 2 master bedrooms with both a shower and bath, his and her vanities and verandahs boasting 180-degree sea views. You will love all five spacious bedrooms, one room has an accompanying den that sleeps 2 persons, perfect a family of 4 and the last bedroom is at the foot of the house with its own private garden area and serves as the ideal peaceful hideaway.

The patio and pool deck are magical, the pool always has an aquamarine colour to it, the 6 loungers provide for a very pleasant social relaxing area and the covered patio with its 2 chill-out areas serve a variety of purposes - for chilling, playing cards, board games, reading or taking a nap.

The deck next to the pool has an outdoor dining area and is ideal for breakfast, lunch and yoga. The covered patio and deck area all benefit from a Bluetooth sound system which is great for setting the mood you want.

The house comes with a designated dining room, very rare in these times, which is ideal for hosting those special occasions such birthdays, bachelorettes, anniversaries and just friends looking to celebrate life. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need and is perfect for one of our experienced chefs to come and light up the holiday.

The view from the pool is spectacular as your vision passes over lush vegetation right to the glistening Caribbean Sea.

This house has a mini-gym to keep you in shape and top of your game during your stay with us.

The Greens is the most prestigious neighborhood in Montego Bay. The community neighbors the grounds of the world famous Rose Hall Great House and is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.

There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.

There are beaches galore, ranging from 10-15 minute driving distance. This include free access to the Tropical Bliss Beach Club.

We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

The base price includes up to 4 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

We provide a chef service at a nominal charge if needed to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to HOSPITALITYEXPERT The Greens.

We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.

Complimentary Services:

Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

Important Information

•Strictly no smoking inside the villa

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are only allowed to visit, if they wish to stay past 10pm there is an overnight charge.

•Management reserves the right to enter if the need arises.

•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

We provide a first class chef service on request, all you have to do is say the word.

Extra guests are warmly welcomed. We do need to know in advance, as a matter of security, if you will be having extra guests to stay over. Extra guests staying over will be chargeable at the nightly rate of the property ($100 + tax)

If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests)

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.
