HOSPITALITYEXPERT Eden Estate, offers 7 bedrooms in 2 villas with the most amazing view in Jamaica. The two acres of private tropical gardens that house this luxurious villa are set in the heart of Spring Farm, the gradnest Montego Bay community.

This modern villa sleeps up to 18 guests, a private chef is available for hire and we offer pre-stocking services. All our properties come with complimentary access to Tropical Bliss Beach Club.

HOSPITALITYEXPERT Eden Estate comprises of 2 first class villas, a 5 bedroom sprawling villa and a cosy state of the art 2 bedroom villa.

The main villa offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms along with private bathrooms that can accommodate up to ten persons. The bedrooms open up onto the superb spacious main verandah and the luxuriant swimming pool, providing a spectacular view of the sea. The spacious living room offers premium cable television and WiFi internet, 2 grand day beds in this room accommodate another 2 guests, making it a total of 12 occupancy.

The 2 bedroom villa has a spacious entrance courtyard to greet all guests & visitors. Once inside the home you are immediately exposed to the living area, kitchen & indoor dining, outdoor lounge area and dining, infinity edge pool. The plan is extremely open and three areas flow into each other - living, lounging and swimming. Two persons are able to sleep in the living room.

Located close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.

Guests can access the entire villa with its beautiful swimming pool and gardens. As you are renting the entire property you can roam between the villas.

Guests are provided with their own gate remote to leave and enter freely as they like. This comes along with a key to the villa.

Spring Farm is the #1 neighborhood in Montego Bay. Spring Farm is a gated community with 24-hr security, it comprises of some of the largest family homes and estates on the island.

There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Marguerite’s , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.

There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. This include free access to the Tropical Bliss Beach Club.

Want to book tours during your stay? Experience the fun Reggae River Rafting at Lethe, ATV Dune Buggies, Horse Riding by The Ocean, Zipline, Catamaran Cruises, River Tubing & Kayaking, plus much more, just message us and we will gladly assist you to book tours and transport.

We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club, Chukka Tours pick-up point and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.

The base price includes up to 14 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.

Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.

When booking, kindly ensure you have selected the correct number of guests.

- Information and IDs for all guests over 12 years must be uploaded via the Check-in Form provided after your booking is confirmed

We provide a chef at nominal charge if needed to prepare any meals you require. Menu includes delicious dishes spanning from local Jamaican to exquisite Asian. All it takes is to let us know your favorite taste and our responsive team will prepare it for you. A nanny can also be provided at an additional fee for the parents to enjoy a romantic night at one of the award winning fine-dining restaurants proximate to HOSPITALITYEXPERT Eden.

We also provide a Crib, High Chair, Child Step-up Stool, Car Seats and other helpful items on request.

Complimentary Services:

Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

‱Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C. This is an eco-friendly home - the AC will turn off after 3 minutes if the door or window is left open, or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes.

‱Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house

‱Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

‱Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup

‱Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

‱Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers

‱Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are only allowed to visit, if they wish to stay past 10pm there is an overnight charge.

‱Management reserves the right to enter if the need arises.

‱Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

We provide a first class chef service on request, all you have to do is say the word.

Extra guests are warmly welcomed. We do need to know in advance, as a matter of security, if you will be having extra guests to stay over. Extra guests staying over will be chargeable at the nightly rate of the property ($100 + tax)

If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more guests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds (This does not apply to HVMB guests)

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.

These are 2 incredibly well appointed, gorgeous homes, nestled on a hillside over looking the ocean, with a beautiful large fenced in yard. The outdoor spaces surrounding the 2 pools are the most relaxing and enjoyable areas you could imagine. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We opted for chef services for dinner and were blown away by the delicious feasts beautifully presented every evening! You could not have a more enjoyable experience in all of Jamaica! Highly recommend!Thank you.
