Eden Luxe 1 is set on a beautiful hillside offering panoramic views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. This 2 BR ultra luxurious villa is part of the HOSPITALITYEXPERT Eden Estate, set in the heart of Spring Farm, an upscale Montego Bay community.
Luxe 1 sleeps up to 6 guests, a private chef is available for hire and we offer pre-stocking services. All our properties come with complimentary access to Tropical Bliss Beach Club.

Eden Luxe 1 is an ultra-modern 2 bedroom villa which sits within the greater HOSPITALITYEXPERT Eden Estate on its western side.
The villa has a spacious entrance courtyard to greet all guests & visitors. Once inside the home you are immediately exposed to the living area, kitchen & indoor dining, outdoor lounge area and dining, infinity edge pool. The plan is extremely open and three areas flow into each other - living, lounging and swimming. Two persons are able to sleep in the living room.
Off to the left and right of the living area are the large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has an ceiling mounted LED TV, king bed and AC. They both open up onto the pool deck. There is closets for hanging and folding clothes. The bathrooms are very spacious with `his & hers` sinks and showers, and extra outdoor shower or bath depending on your luck.
Located close to Montego Bay, the villa is only a few minutes drive away from some very spectacular beaches.
The experienced chefs prepare the most delightful breakfasts, lunches and dinners, according to our menu of popular dishes. All meals are prepared by incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables from Montego Bay`s farmers from whom we purchase our greens.

There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare and world famous Scotchies. Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margueriteâs , Houseboat Grill and Mystic Thai are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners.
There are beaches galore, ranging from 4-10 minutes driving distance or a minimum 15-minute walk. This include free access to the Tropical Bliss Beach Club.
Want to book tours during your stay? Experience the fun Reggae River Rafting at Lethe, ATV Dune Buggies, Horse Riding by The Ocean, Zipline, Catamaran Cruises, River Tubing & Kayaking, plus much more, just message us and we will gladly assist you to book tours and transport.
We offer airport pick-up with a supermarket stop and airport drop off at a very reasonable cost. We also offer transport to the Beach Club and around Montego Bay at low rates, just let us know you require transport.
The base price includes up to 2 guests, there is a charge per night for each additional guest beyond that.
Bookings must reflect the maximum number of guests who will be on the property at any point during the stay.
