Beautiful watermill in the Pyrenees with a private pool

Located right at the heart of the Pyrenean mountain range this 200-year-old water mill is absolutely unique.

Offering over 300m2 of living space, enough to fit a few families or friends for a ski holiday or a summer vacation, Le Moulin is famous in the area for its !remarkable setting over the river Arbas and unparalleled views of the Pyrenees.

We have became the lucky owners of the mill in 2022 and have been slowly but surely restoring it to its original beauty. Although you might still see some pretty funky 80s bathrooms and odd room layouts, we have fully furnished Le Moulin with carefully selected vintage furniture from around the region and made sure all the mattresses, bedding and crockery are of lovely quality.


The surroundings are stunning with mountain walks, hikes and Tour de France cycling routes starting right in front of the house.


There’s an outdoor BBQ in the garden for those balmy summer nights and a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher.


There’s free, sheltered parking available behind the house and space for several cars.


There’s now also fast and reliable WiFi for all those working remotely or steaming movies.


Toulouse airport is 1hr away and the nearest village is a 5 min drive or a 25 mins walk along a beautiful footpath. There are charming farmers’ markets in the area so you won’t be left without great local cheeses and fresh baguettes.
