The chalet is a duplex style home with two levels. The guests have access to ONLY the UPPER LEVEL. The UPPER level of the home has it's own private entrance

● There are other tenants in the separate apartment on the property in their own unit so be mindful of noise, please!
● Check-in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on the couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No smoking, rugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will result in a $250 fine.
●MUST TAKE OUT GARBAGE:
Green bins for recycling
Brown for Compost (Do NOT throw this in black bins)
Black for other garbage
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
● Must wash all dishes prior to leaving.
● MUST REFILL gas propane tank, clean and cover BBQ grill
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
●There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 30$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
● We may require guest ID prior to arrival
●Please avoid using white towels to remove makeup. Kindly use makeup removal pads or the black towels provided to remove makeup.
