Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 (second floor): 1 queen bed in each bedroom. The basement offers a fully equipped second kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, a single sofa bed, and direct access to the outdoors, providing ample space, convenience, and flexibility. Please note the capacity of this townhouse is 11 people.

Safe and clean stay: All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This is a reminder to everyone that it is strictly forbidden to be on the La Bête golf course during its operating period and that it is also forbidden to drive golf carts on the public roadway of Chemin du Golf. Golf carts are not insured, and a ticket may be issued for anyone violating this regulation.
