Reservation & Guest Policy
- The minimum age to book is 21 years old, with a valid government-issued - ID required.
- The number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in your reservation.
- This rule applies to all guests and any visitors.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited:
- Inside the apartment
- On balconies/terraces
- At entrances and in all common areas
Within 9 meters of the building

--> Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $500 fine, and you may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Pet Policy

Noise & Gatherings
No loud parties or events are allowed.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, both inside and outside.
Please remain discreet at all times. If gathering, stay indoors as voices carry far. No noise is allowed after 11:00 PM under any circumstances.
Always respect the neighbors and community rules.

Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine for smoking violations or immediate eviction without refund for major infractions.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Property
Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean any substances.
Stained items will be charged for replacement.
Please pick up all personal belongings and garbage, both inside and in common areas.
No shoes inside the apartment — leave shoes at the entrance.

Parking & Traffic Rules
--> Your designated parking spot is number 13, located at the very end on the left. Please use only your assigned parking to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
--> If your car has bicycles or a trailer attached, please drive in forward. If not, back into the parking space.
--> Visitor parking is located outside, next to the garbage area.
Do not park on the lawn.
--> Maximum driving speed on-site is 10 km/h, day and night — children, families, and pets share the space.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM sharp on your departure day.
Late check-outs delay cleaning and may result in additional charges.
