Consumption of AC and heating must be paid as it follows:
AC: € 0,90 per KW (1 KW = 3 Frigocalories)
Heating: € 0,19 per Thermal KW (Diesel fuel)
Attention: The consumption of AC and heating depends on many things: 1) the outside temperature 2) how cold or warm you like to have the inside temperature 3) open or closed doors and/or windows 4) turning down when you are not in the villa etc. Anyway, the cost of AC can be from 30 to 50 € per day and of heating from 40 to 95 € per day. The AC and heating system are equipped with digital counters with an error margin of +-5%

At the moment of booking the sum equal to 30% of the total amount must be sent by means of bank transfer. The balance must be sent 6 weeks before arrival.

In case of cancellation the following penalties will be applied:
up to 89 days before date of arrival – the total deposit of the 30%
from 63 to 88 days – 60% of the total amount
from 49 to 62 days – 80% of the total amount
from 0 to 49 days – 100% of the total amount
