LOI20 – Apt Levante is a first floor apartment located in a recently built condominium in a houses complex far from the historical center, about 2km away from the center of Monopoli. The accommodation has a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, reserved parking space, cooling floor with ducted dehumidifier and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a large veranda for the private use of guests and an external area common to the residential complex. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families and those who have a car and are looking for comfortable, new and functional accommodation for their holiday.

The condominium has a large common outdoor area where there is a children\'s play area and reserved parking spaces. LOI20 – Apt Levante is located on the first floor and it is accessed via an external staircase or lift.

The house consists of a spacious living room equipped with a double sofa bed and kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and table with chairs. The living room leads to the large veranda, where there is an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners and a storage room with washing machine.

The corridor leads to the sleeping area where we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 150€
