Dimora Penelope is a recently renovated three-level house, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, few steps away from the main Square Vittorio Emanuele and just 500 meters from the city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. The property has a private terrace with a shade cloth, perfect for relaxing during the summer evenings. It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi and it can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed on the third floor, in the room with direct access to the terrace.

Dimora Penelope is accessed through a small atrium and a staircase that leads to the living area with equipped kitchen and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, sink, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a peninsula with stools, table with chairs and sofa.

Going to the upper floor we find the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The corridor gives access to the bathroom with shower.

On the third floor there’s an additional sleeping area with a double sofa bed, the room has direct access to the private terrace equipped with shade cloth, armchairs and outdoor table. Ideal solution to enjoy summer evenings in total relaxation.

Dimora Penelope is far 63 km from Bari Airport, 70 km from Brindisi Airport. The city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia is far about than 500m (7 min by walk) from the accomodation. The apartment is far 12 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 21 km from Alberobello, 38 km from Ostuni, 25 km from Locorotondo, 32 km from Cisternino, 31 km from Martina Franca, 87 km from Matera and 108 Km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12.
