The apartment includes a living room with a double sofa bed, kitchen with induction plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher and table with chairs. The living room leads to the main sea view veranda, where there is a table with outdoor chairs and a sun lounger. There is also a bathroom with shower, a toilet where there is also a washing machine. Moreover there is a double bedroom with single beds that can be also set up as a double bed and a double bedroom where there is also a single sofa bed. This bedroom has access to a small veranda overlooking the sea, equipped with an outdoor living room and sun lounger. The accommodation also includes a reserved car park inside the condominium. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.
