Hillside villa with pool for 5 guests in Monopoli

Charming trulli complex with private pool, immersed in the hilly nature south-east of Monopoli. The trulli have two bedrooms with air-conditioning and a bathroom and have been restructured by respecting the traditional construction tecniques and by using orginal materials, but it is still equipped with every modern comfort.

The house is on one level, accessible from the patio in front of the main entrance. The trulli has beem decorated according to tradition and cared for in every detail: it includes a living area with a large lounge and dining area, well equipped and tastefully furnished with sofa bed; a well-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with air-conditioning and a bedroom (with air conditioning) with two single beds joinable if necessary.

From the courtyard it is possible to access a large annex with indipendent entrance, featuring a large kitchen with all furniture and washing machine and a large dining table.

The outdoor area adjacent to the house, offers a pleasant outdoor living area, equipped with barbecue and furnished to offer the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate outdoor moments surroundend by an unmistakable quiet.

Immersed in the luxuriant vegetation is the well-equipped pool area, with refined garden furnitures The private swimming pool – 12x6 mt and depth max 2.10 mt – is situated in a scenic area with view over the entire valley below. The garden furniture, the outdoor patio, the barbecue and the garden will offer you many outdoor moments of relaxation and family dinners.

The trullo is the ideal choice for those who want a relaxing holiday in a comfortable and quiet contest, yet close to the main commercial services and the mosti interesting locations of our Region.

Wonderful week in Puglia

Our stay was perfect. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. The place is very quiet and well located to visit the main spots of the itria valley. The pool is amazing!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage mit dem Blick auf Olivenhaine und das Meer ist sensationell und der Pool traumhaft schön. Vincenzo ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem: sehr zu empfehlen!Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Heartily recommended!

Our stay at the property was simply perfect! We enjoyed the location and the amenities. The location offered us great views from the terrace and poolside. With the exception of Saturday, when we could hear the motorbikes going up the hill in the distance, the place was very calm. It was as if no one else lived in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the privacy resulting from the location up on the hillside, the large estate and surrounding plants and the property buildings. The location was also really good when visiting the attractions in the region, as e.g. Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli were all close (30 mins drive). The further ones as Matera, Lecce, Castel del Monte could all be reached in under a 2hrs drive. To get to the property, be prepared for a 3km drive on a rather narrow road -- for the first time it seems to be longish, especially at night, but the host gave us instructions we could follow with ease and afterwards getting to and from the property was a breeze. Be aware there are no shops in the close neighborhood, a car is needed. The communication with the host was spotless, too: he showed us around the place, responded quickly to any message we sent him. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and can heartily recommend it to those who like a calm environment and privacy.

A very relaxing stay at a very nice property

An absolutely amazing property with everything you need , alot to do and amenities within a short drive away. Vincenzo is very helpful nothing is too much of a problem. If you need a taxi while you are here ask Vincenzo for Sergios number!! Another very nice chap who gave us a lift in and out of Monopoli on a few occasions

Nice house with severe issues of privacy and cleaning

The house is close to the pictures on VRBO, however not updated: i.e., several cameras been installed, although not mentioned neither in the VRBO description; nor in the rental contract. Moreover, they point at private spaces, e.g., pool and outdoor dining table. Images are not available to guests, while transmitted via internet. Three issues: (1) the house is in a remote area so images shall be available to guests; (2) management of images shall be compliant to European GDPR (e.g., not pointing where kids and families are bathing); (3) as showed by the national TV program "Le Iene" (Jan 31 2023), cameras connected to internet could be accessible to anyone through Telegram chats. Secondly, the pool cleaning service (previously described as "daily cleaning and check of the pool"): the host acknowledged not to have provided the service and, revised the description on VRBO. Yet, "filtering the water automatically twice a day" is not enough: we removed daily lizards, worms, crickets, bees, spiders, leaves - since especially worms / amoeba could potentially bring severe infections (given the very limited use of chlorine in the pool). Thirdly, the host charged 100€ for a broken glass of an old table lamp - an unfair amount, given that the host replaced an old, cheap lamp with a brand-new, design lamp (quoting the host "a present from his girlfriend", yet charged to us). Lastly, we found the remaining of fires in the property, used to "process" coffee capsules, inflatables, etc.

We just returned from Vinny‘s House. Everything was excellent; Communication with Vincenzo was excellent as well; very Kind and Supportvertrags. It was a marvelous week around the Pool and the sightseeings at Alberobello, Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare and other locations. We highly recommend Vinny‘s House!

Traumhafter Blick von der grossen Terrasse ĂŒber die Olivenhaine bis ans Meer, ohne dass der Blick gestört wird. Sauberer grosszĂŒgiger Pool, gepflegte Anlage; Parkplatz auf dem GelĂ€nde. Das Wohnhaus und das separate KĂŒchenhĂ€uschen sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles Nötige ist vorhanden.

An incredible stay at ‘Vinny’s House’

We spent a magical two weeks at Vinnys house and it was perfection for our complete stay. The pool is incredible, the house and facilities are amazing and the location couldn’t be better. Vincenzo was the perfect host, quick communication always, even when we got lost finding the house due to our own lacklustre GPS. Couldn’t recommend here more especially for families of young children like us!

Small Paradise

The Trullo Villa is a small Paradise, the pool and the surrounding gardens are a dream. The 3 building have everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The owner Vincenzo is very helpful and friendly. There is no air conditioner in the living room (only in the bedrooms). The neighbours (500m away) can be noisy over the weekend (loud music). The road to the villa is quite narrow at times and can be tricky with oncoming traffic, but you get used to it. Within a 20 minutes drive there is a “bakery” (excellent convenience store) and several good country side restaurants. Many tourist attractions are within 1 hours drive.

Paradise in Puglia

The charming house and refreshing pool are situated among terraced olive groves on an idyllic hillside. The indoor spaces are comfortable, but the outdoor space is the reason to stay here – dining pergolas, open terraces, and beautiful grounds for walking or hiking. The only sounds you will hear are those of the bees and a welcome breeze. If you need a place to disconnect and reset, this is your place.
