Oak Hollow is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer. The rental is conveniently located near all the best attractions, including marinas, golf courses, and hiking trails. Whether you want to relax on the dock, explore the surrounding area, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this vacation rental has it all.

All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner's garage, boat, or boat lift. The house has a propane grill, it is in the garage and is unlocked.

Inside, the house is tastefully decorated and features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The living room is spacious and inviting, with large windows that allow in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a dining area that seats six, as well as a breakfast bar.

The three bedrooms are all comfortably furnished and feature a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a room that has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made in the living room, where there is a sofa bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guests to use.

Less than 30 miles south of Roanoke, VA, you're only 10 minutes from the Bridgewater Plaza, There is a public boat launch in the neighborhood!
-This home can accommodate up to 4 cars, this is a steep driveway, so it could accommodate to a guest with a boat trailer if the backed it into the driveway. If guest has boat trailer, it would then only be able to accommodate 3 cars.

Door keypad is located on the front door of the house
Trash is picked up on Thursday's, so if your stay includes a Thursday, please put the trash can at the end of the driveway for trash collection.
There is a propane grill available for your use, it is located in the garage.
-Propane (for grill use):
1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house.
2.If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill.
3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it.
4. We DO NOT provide propane refills.

Cannot get to the back porch from the bedrooms, have to go through the downstairs living room- Dogs are allowed but must be included on listing and pet fee must be paid. Limited to 2 dogs maximum. Dogs must be kept on-leash at all times when outdoors.

-Friends are allowed to come and visit as long as the only ones sleeping at the home are on the reservation.
