Escape to the lake and get away to this stunning waterfront property with tons of entertaining & sleeping space. This beautiful three-story home is perfect for Large Gatherings or Vacationers! We believe that no matter where you hail from, you will feel instantly at home when you come to the lake! The stunning waterfront views are perfect for making memories with families and friends! Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake with three levels of porches, a fire pit, a hot tub, kayaks, and paddle boards. Great for a large group with an open kitchen and living room, a large dining room table for your entire party to sit, and a covered porch with exceptional views where you will feel right on the water. Enjoy our dock by sitting back and lounging in comfortable seating, having a drink at the bar, or exploring the lake with a selection of lake toys! We offer kayaks, paddleboards, floats, and life jackets for all sizes.


The space
Sleeping accommodations: 6br, 5 full bath
3 king beds, 3 queen beds, two sets of bunks and two twins. 12 total beds total.

The main floor of the home offers an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counter tops that flows into the living room. A full-sized dining table, four bar stools and a round table. A full bathroom with a queen bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the main floor with an additional tv room/working space with a computer.

On the top floor you will find four bedrooms with the main master bedroom, a oversized walk in shower with stand-alone tub is also located in the master. There is one more king bedroom, a queen room and a room with bunks and twins that is great for putting all the kids in. there is one more bathroom on this floor as well.

On the lower floor you will find an additional master with a king and one more bedroom with a queen. There is also a pool table located on the lower level as well as a movie room that contains video games for kids.

All three floors have a walk out porches with barstools and tops to enoy a drink or cup of coffee, they are also accessible by each primary bedroom.

The dock
The dock is a double deck dock with a swinging gate up top to have access to jump off of. The depth on the end of the dock is over 20’ deep! There is 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, floats, plenty of paddles and plenty of lifejackets for all sizes. There is also a bar with a roll up widow that is accessible from the inside with a fridge to keep your beverages cold. If enough notice is given I will make sure both jet ski lefts and the main boat lift are empty and accessible to be used.

The Highlights are the breath taking sun set views, Hot tub, Corn Hole boards, Kayaks, Paddle boards, Outdoor Propane fire pit, Gas grill, wifi, Movie room, board games, pool table, and video games!

Disclaimer: There is a set of stairs getting from where you park your vehicle to the front door. So please be careful and keep in mind if you have elderly people in your party.
Smith mountain lake is one of the prettiest places I have visited but it made on a mountain. Once you're in the house I feel confident that you will forget about the stairs getting down to the house. It is only a short walk from the house to the dock as seen in the pictures.
