The villa spans approximately 93 m² and is arranged across three levels connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance is located on the middle level where guests will find bright living spaces designed for relaxation, including a comfortable lounge with sofa bed, dining area and direct access to outdoor terraces where the sea breeze and panoramic views create a wonderful atmosphere for outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering stays including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and full kitchenware.



Two inviting bedrooms are distributed across the villa and offer a restful place to unwind after a day exploring the Peloponnese coastline. One bedroom features a double bed while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making the property well suited to families or small groups. Two modern bathrooms include showers, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and fresh towels.



Large terraces and private outdoor seating areas allow guests to enjoy uninterrupted sea views and the surrounding natural landscape. Guests also have access to the shared facilities of the complex including two seasonal outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers, a barbecue area, extensive gardens and complimentary parking.

The traditional exterior stone and wood architecture blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment while the interior design focuses on comfort, functionality and modern amenities such as air conditioning, soundproofing, television and Wi-Fi. No smoking is permitted inside the villa. Use of the shared swimming pools is seasonal and available to all guests within the complex. Unless otherwise stated by the management, no additional security deposit or mandatory extra costs are required at the property, though optional services or local tourist taxes may apply depending on booking conditions.
