Sea Front Villa Almyne is a spacious 93 m² residence arranged over three levels and connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance is located on the middle level, while direct access to the outdoor areas is also available from the lower floor. The villa features bright and airy living spaces with comfortable furnishings and large terraces that invite guests to enjoy the spectacular sea and mountain views. The interior includes a welcoming living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining area, allowing guests to prepare meals and dine comfortably during their stay.



Two well-appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodation, with one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries ensure convenience for all guests. Large terraces and a private outdoor area with garden space create the perfect setting for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, whether relaxing with a morning coffee or watching the sunset over the sea.

Ferries connect the nearby port with the islands of Kythera and Elafonisos, while the marina welcomes visiting yachts, making the area a perfect base for exploring the southern Peloponnese.



The property operates as a self-catering villa within the complex and does not include daily staff service. Housekeeping and linen are typically provided prior to arrival, with additional services available locally if required. Guests may be asked to provide a refundable security deposit prior to arrival, and certain services or facilities may incur additional charges depending on the booking terms and season.
