Agriturismo Villa Beatrice has 4 beautiful and comfortable apartments, suited for 4/7 persons, each with its own entrance.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor space with a roofed terrace, a gazebo or a pergola, equipped with garden furniture and armchairs. At guests' disposal laundry room with washing machine, bicycles, BBQ and swimming pool.
At arrival there will be a little welcome gift waiting for you.

Important note: please be aware that the pool is no longer fenced off.

Agriturismo Villa Beatrice, near Mondavio, province of Pesaro-Urbino, in the Marche region is the ideal destination to find peace and quiet and to relax completely. Villa Beatrice is situated in a park of 7 hectare with olive trees, oaks, fruit trees where you can take a walk or you can enjoy the swimming pool. Especially for the kids, there is a playground.
The proximity of the fortified small towns such as Corinaldo, Mondavio and Urbino, but also the Adriatic Sea with its lively cities and beaches, turns this accommodation into the ideal base to explore the Marche region.
This villa is on two floors and consists of 4 completely independent apartments, three of which can also be connected internally.
On the ground floor there are two apartments, Glicine and Magnolia, and on the first floor, thanks to an internal staircase, you go up to the Margherita apartment. The Mimosa apartment completes the villa, which is an independent outbuilding located on the ground floor.
The accommodation has a kitchen in each apartment and air conditioning in every room.

The apartment Margherita is located on the first floor and enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The apartment is accessed from the main entrance of the house, via an independent internal staircase.
This spacious and bright apartment is fitted with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of a large living room with kitchen-dining area, a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishware and kitchenware, toaster and kettle.
In addition, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single footstool bed, a bedroom with a double bed (150×190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and hairdryer and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with linen for bedrooms and kitchen, towels for bathroom and pool towels.
This apartment also features a large panoramic terrace of about 40 sq.m overlooking the swimming pool. The terrace with dining and relaxation area and outdoor furniture is covered by a pergola.

Glicine is a east- facing apartment located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
This apartment is fitted with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of a living room with a kitchen-dining area, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishware and kitchenware, toaster and kettle.
In addition, there are also a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds and a desk, a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with linen for bedrooms and kitchen, towels for bathroom and pool towels.
This apartment also features a veranda where you can comfortably relax even in the cooler seasons, a garden with a large sun umbrella with dining and relaxation area and outdoor furniture.

Mimosa is an independent annex located on the ground floor. This south-east- facing apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It has modern, light and relaxing furnishings and an exposed wooden beams ceiling.
This apartment is fitted with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of a living room with kitchen-dining area, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, electric oven, sink, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishware and kitchenware, toaster and kettle.
In addition, there are also a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with large washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.

This apartment also features a pergola with dining and relaxation area, a garden with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue.

Magnolia is a west-facing apartment located on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is suitable for disabled people(*).
This accommodation, overlooking the pool and the garden, is ideal for families with children.
This apartment is fitted with air conditioning in all rooms and consists of a living room with a kitchen-dining area, a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, microwave, sink, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, dishware and kitchenware, toaster and kettle.
In addition, there are also a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds and a desk, a bathroom with washbasin, shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with linen for bedrooms and kitchen, towels for bathroom and pool towels.
This apartment also features a pergola with dining and relaxation area and a garden with outdoor furniture.
(*) Disabled people will be able to access this apartment thanks to an access path with a slight slope. The bathroom has an ergonomic washbasin, floor-level shower and raised toilet seat (on request).

At your disposal a large pergola that shades the outdoor terrace, where you will find:
- sofas and armchairs for relaxing and tables for eating together outdoors;
- a fully equipped kitchen, with hob, sink, dishwasher, oven and fridge;
- a large convivial counter with stools, where you can cook together, enjoy aperitifs and snacks.
From the pergola you will enjoy a wonderful panoramic view during your evenings. Here you can admire the rows of lavender and the surrounding hills while sipping a glass of wine.

Furthermore, on your arrival you will find a small welcome gift.
Free WiFi is available in all areas (indoors and outdoors).
A baby cot and a baby high chair are available on request.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance; use of laundry room; use of mountain bike; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
