This elegant apartment for 4 is situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift) of a modern 7-story apartment building and enjoys a wonderful view of Port de Menton Garavan, the swimming pool and the sea.

The ideal choice for a relaxing getaway, the property enjoys a sunny terrace that’s set up for alfresco dining as well as shared use of the outdoor swimming pool and surrounding sun terrace.

Inside, the apartment features a bright and airy living space that’s furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table, a flatscreen TV and looks out to the terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. This area leads to a small kitchen that’s equipped with a Dolcegusto coffee machine, a cooker hob and a fridge.

This property is located in the Port Menton Garavan district of the charming resort town of Menton on the Côte d\'Azur. The town is known for its exotic gardens, beautiful beaches, and Medieval Old Town. Within the narrow, cobbled streets of The Old Town (a 6-minute drive / 22-minute walk), visitors will find the Baroque Basilica of St Michel, the Jean Cocteau Museum and as you reach the sea front, the Old Port. In February, the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits.

One of Menton’s prettiest beaches, Plage des Sablettes Est, is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, guests can head to the west of Menton’s Old Town to explore Plage de Fossan and the other beaches on the Baie du Soleil. Visitors can also head east over the border into Italy and spend a day on the famous Spiaggia dei Balzi Rossi (a 5-minute drive).

Nature lovers will enjoy visiting Menton\'s many gardens, including the Val Rahmeh Botanical Garden (an 11-minute walk), the Jardin Fontana Rosa (a 5-minute walk), Jardin d\'agrumes du Palais Carnolès (a 10-minute drive) and the famous Jardin Serre de la Madone (15-minute drive),
