Exclusive sustainable apartment with 120 m² of living space. The apartment is located in the south-east of Slovenia, in the Lower Carniola region, just 48 km from Ljubljana. Ideal for nature lovers, individual tourists, round trips through Slovenia or for exploring northern Croatia. The VILLA KATARINA is ideal for a stay at the wellness thermal spa, city tours, hikes, excursions and outdoor activities. We are located 45 km south of Ljubljana and the motorway connection is only 16 km away.
Our exclusively furnished, sustainable and high-quality apartment is situated in a quiet location. We are happy to provide you with a small digital travel guide. You have a marvellous south-facing balcony. Our apartment is surrounded by a vegetable garden, flower garden and orchard. There are plenty of parking spaces available. In the kitchen and in the living room you have large glass fronts with a wonderful view.

All Slovenian sights are within easy reach and the more remote ones can be easily reached on day trips. We would be happy to organise individualised excursions for you.
