The villa has 3 floors. You will enter from the parking area, which is in a gated complex of 7 villas in total, therefore very secure and ample parking space. through the front door onto the ground floor.
The ground floor consists of the main kitchen with all modern appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, double oven and microwave oven. We also have a variety of small appliances including an Air Fryer, sandwich/toastie maker, blender, coffee machine ( nespresso), kettle and toaster.
There is also a utility room at the end of the kitchen that has a washing machine, storage cupboards and a WC.
There is also the indoor dining area with seating for 12, this also has a balcony area with table and chairs.
There is also the large lounge area with two large sofas, these can be used as sofa beds also, 3 wingback chairs for sitting and admiring the view through the large glass windows. There is also another balcony off of the lounge again with tabes and chairs. The lounge has a tv and we do provide a fire stick for guests to use and access all channels. There are also various books and games for you to enjoy.
Stairs lead from the dining area, down to the lower ground level.
On the lower ground level you will find two ensuite bedrooms, the master overlooking the pool, with kingside bed, and the other bedroom being a twin or kingsize, overlooking the outdoor terrace.
There is also an indoor kitchen/ bar area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice machine, kettle and all your cutlery and crockery for outdoor dining.
Outside in the pool area and on the terrace we have dining area for 12, outdoor kitchen area with sink, gas bbq, electric hob, electric griddle, and various bbq equipment supplied.
Down a few steps and you come to the pool area, with comfortable sun loungers , outdoor shower, and of course the 8m x 4m pool, the pool has steps down and hand rail for easy access. There is also a dart board for entertainment and a TV, again with firestick for all channels.
Stairs leading from the entrance hallway area go up to the first floor.
On this floor there are a further two ensuite bedrooms, again one being a master with kingsize and the other being a twin or kingsize. The master bedroom also has access to the roof terrace. The roof terrace has ample, comfortable seating for everyone, it also has a day bed for sunbathing when you want to get away from the pool area. The roof terrace has stunning views along the valley and out to sea.
The villa comes with car parking space for either one large car or two smaller cars.
The villa is located up a hill on a small community of 7 other villas. It is a gated community so very secure.
It is a peaceful tranquil place , a real home from home experience for all the family to enjoy, with all amenities, bars, restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away, just 6 minutes to the beachfront.
