There are 3 swimming pools located in the urbanization “los Caideros”.beside the property is a recreation area, with an open sport field for basket and football.

The parking space is besides the property on the street.

The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only walking distance away from the famous beach "anfi Beach".

Anfi Beach is an artificial village by the seafront with a white sandy beach and surrounded by palm trees.

This place is well known in the south of Gran Canaria where you can fulfil your daytime with all sorts of water activities.

For those who like to have a little more exclusivity can visit the beach Club Maroa for some lounge music and exotic cocktails.

During the evening there are several restaurants with all different flavours for those who don't like to cook.

But a huge supermarket is nearby where you can find all your needs to enjoy a lovely dinner at home!
