Stunning & Cosy Cottage in Historic Moffat - Pass the Keys
Formerly the old Doctors Surgery, relax and unwind in this stunning renovated cottage in the heart of Moffat town in Dumfries & Galloway.
Beautifully presented throughout the cottage is both cosy and welcoming.
The cottage boasts a fabulous location next to the historic St Andrews Church and a couple of minutes walk from Moffat high street.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside the cottage is perfect for families, friends and those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Furry friends welcome.
Arrive at the cottage and you will immediately appreciate it's wonderful location, with the historic St Andrews Church in view and close to the all the amenities Moffat has to offer, you will find parking for up to 2 cars directly in front of the cottage itself.
The cottage is over 2 floors.
GROUND FLOOR
Enter the property through the main entrance door and you will be greeted with a spacious hallway and charming staircase.
Bedroom 1 :- A beautifully presented, spacious bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a comfortable Super King bed. This master bedroom is the perfect place for a great night sleep after a full day exploring all our region has to offer.
Bedroom 2:- A cosy and charming twin room, again with ample wardrobe storage.
Bathroom:- The bathroom is surprisingly large for a cottage and beautifully decorated, a good size shower and freestanding bath mean this is the perfect space to soak away the days adventures!
FIRST FLOOR
The cherry on top for this cottage is the unique first floor space! Open plan and therefore perfect for friends or family to gather, the first floor boasts a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with beautiful island breakfast bar, dining area to seat 4 and cosy sitting area to relax in front of the TV.
The entire cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and is truly a fantastic find for the area.
Nestling in the heart of Southern Scotland, Moffat is a vibrant, bustling town offering the warmest of Scottish welcomes, Moffat boasts a rich heritage and history and a thriving cultural, creative and musical scene.
Lying less than a mile from the A74(M), itâs the ideal place to stop and, once visited, will surely be your favourite place to visit again and become the perfect hub for a stay in Dumfries & Galloway and the Scottish Borders â a beautiful and unspoiled part of Scotland.
There are no shortages of things to do, places to visit, knowledge to acquire, espcially more active activities. From walking and cycling to fishing and golfing, thereâs so much to do in Moffatâs wonderful countryside. So put your walking boots on, push the pedal to the metal or tee off! Whatever outdoor activity you love most, youâll love what Moffat has to offer.
