The holiday home is located in a villa inhabited by the owners. The separate entrance, the access to the pool and the outdoor areas guarantee privacy and tranquility.

The entrance to the house is on the living room from which you access the other rooms: on the right is the kitchen, on the left you enter a double bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom and finally, through the door in front of the entrance, you enter to the second bathroom and to the second bedroom, which can be configured with either 3 single beds or 1 double and 1 single bed. This second bedroom does not have a direct opening to the outside, but still receives natural light from the window overlooking the living room.

Outside the property offers a reserved area with a pergola, a barbecue and the staircase leading to the pool area, in which there is another pergola, an annex with changing room and shower, and an outdoor shower. Finally, near the main entrance, another pergola hosts 2 parking places, one available to the owners and one reserved for guests.
Guests have independent access to the property through a dedicated remote control for opening and closing the electronic gate.

The use of the swimming pool is almost exclusively reserved for guests, except, rarely, the possibility of sharing it with Nina, Noemi and Giulia, the children of the family aged between 6 and 1 year.
