The large open plan living area is the heart of the house: equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa corner and Tv create a perfect atmosphere to relax after a day in the city. The bathroom, refined and practical, completes the comfort. But the real wonder is the private terrace: a panoramic window on Modena and the mountains of Modena, ideal to enjoy breakfast in the sun or toast at sunset. Perfect for families, groups of friends or professionals looking for style, tranquility and a touch of urban magic. Skyline Ottavo Cielo i is located in the south-east of Modena, in a quiet and well-served residential area, close to the Villaggio Zeta district. It is a modern street, with newly built buildings and large green spaces condominium, ideal for families and professionals looking for urban comfort without giving up the quietness. Distance from the city center: via Avanzini is about 4 km from the historic center of Modena, reachable by car in less than 10 minutes. Alternatively, it is well connected by city buses, with stops just a few steps from the street. Access to the ring road: the road is very close to the Pablo Neruda South Ring Road, which allows a direct and fast connection to Formigine and Sassuolo. This makes the area strategic for those who work or have interests in neighbouring community.
