Clean up is a breeze with the new dishwasher and extra large sink. Who doesn't like options? Choose between dining alfresco on the string lit porch, the breakfast nook with cozy bench seat or the formal dining room that seats up to 8.

Take a load off on the large sectional in the living room while catching a movie on the 65" Roku TV, or in one of the 4 bedrooms with all their own TVs. Everyone can't decide what to watch, down stairs you'll find another living room, and in the game room a comfy leather couch.

The ultimate stay-cation!
You won't even need to leave the property to find something fun to do. Take a dip in the pool and get a little sun in the lounge chairs on the deck. Hangout pool side in the cabana our fitted with lights and a fan. At night warm up in the hot tub or, next to the smokeless fire pit just beyond the pool level.

For some fun in the AC check out the game room! Like stepping into your favorite cozy bar, you'll find dark wood floors and a cool atmosphere. Ping pong, foosball, digital game table, dart board, poker table, as well as an ice maker under the newly constructed bar. Who needs to go out anyway?
