Summary:
There are four beautiful apartments inside this historic converted home! Perfect for larger groups of family, friends, co-workers, or anyone who wants a dependable stay in the same place. Our house can accommodate up to 21 guests; all four units total seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Enjoy a prime location, only five minutes from downtown Mobile, and Dauphin Island is 45 minutes to the south. Our units offer comfort and convenience. We hope to host you!

The Space:
Apartment 1 has three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and another with a full. You will also find a futon in the living area. One full bathroom with shower/tub combo, a full kitchen, dining area, and relaxing living room complete with a smart TV make our apartment comfy, cozy, and perfect for a family.
Apartment 2 has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A quaint kitchen/dining room and a living room complete with a large flat-screen TV and pull-out sofa make our apartment great for a couple or small family.
Apartment 3 is on the upper level of the house. Some guests have mentioned the stairs might be a little steep, so please take note of that. There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and a twin, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV in the living room. . There are two full bathrooms with showers and a kitchen with a small dining table.
Apartment 4 is on the upper level of the home. Again, some guests have mentioned the stairs might be a little steep. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed as well as a single. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and a large flat-screen TV. Guests will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with updates throughout.
Note: All units have a washer and dryer for our guest's needs. These units are all pet-friendly as well. There is a $50 pet fee per pet and additional costs if there is extra cleanup in the yard or home from your pet.

Guest Access:
This building is part of a converted home that has been turned into a quad-plex. Guests will enter the front door of the building, and access to each individual unit with a with a digital keypad.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the storied history of old-town Mobile in Old Dauphin Way Historic District.

Getting Around:
This home is located close to all there is to do and see in Mobile! Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

This home does have wi-fi available but does not have an ethernet connection.

We try to give our guests their privacy, but know that we are just a phone call away if you ever need anything during your stay!
