Notre magnifique condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains situé à Southgate Village est situé à 5 minutes en voiture au sud du centre-ville de Moab, juste après le KOA de Moab. Située dans un quartier calme, notre maison offre un accès idéal à toutes les commodités de la région: parcs nationaux, sentiers de VTT et de randonnée, aventures à 4 roues, etc.

Notre maison comprend un plan d'étage à aire ouverte, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, une cheminée à gaz dans l'espace de vie principal, une terrasse au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse et barbecue au gaz, ainsi qu'un garage pour deux voitures avec une hauteur plus grande porte basculante, alors les jeeps vont bien! En plus du garage, il y a un espace pour garer jusqu'à deux véhicules dans l'allée et beaucoup de places de stationnement dans le quartier pour les remorques et les camions.

Configuration du lit:

2ème chambre - lit queen (2e niveau)
3ème chambre à coucher - lit superposé (simple sur simple) et un futon double (2ème niveau)

Notre location familiale offre beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants ou plusieurs groupes d'amis. C'est l'escapade parfaite dans le désert avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de La Sal et le Moab Rim.

La piscine et le bain à remous sont disponibles de mars à octobre. La piscine ouvre plus tard et ferme plus tôt dans l'année. L'accès dépend des conditions météorologiques et de l'entretien.

Réservez au moins une semaine et une réduction de 10% est automatiquement appliquée (ne s'applique pas pendant la semaine Jeep).

Conditions d'annulation: Les annulations faites plus de trente (30) jours avant la date d'arrivée n'entraîneront aucune pénalité et toutes les sommes versées seront remboursées intégralement. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté et qui sont effectuées dans les trente (30) jours suivant la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation augmente jusqu'à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée pour recevoir un remboursement complet sans pénalité. Nous offrons une assurance de voyage.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Old Spanish Trail Arena (complexe multisport). Dans cet hébergement, vous profiterez de prestations de choix comme un bain à remous et une laverie. This property was wonderful and exactly as advertised. It’s very close to downtown Moab and all of the hiking locations we visited. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The check in process was easy and my dog was excited to find a welcome basket with balls, bowls, a blanket, and dog bags waiting for him. The kitchen had everything imaginable (and more). The outdoor patio, backyard, and upstairs decks were perfect for enjoying relaxing evenings and seeing the stars. The bedrooms were comfortable and the property management team was prompt and helpful in quickly resolving the one issue we faced. I can’t wait to stay here again soon.

We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

Great rental in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely duplex vacation rental for a weekend of cycling. Spotlessly clean throughout, fast WiFi, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, great deck, even had a bike work stand and tools! Excellent location for all sorts of riding as well. The owner, Lucy, was also great to deal with and is a fellow cyclist. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back.

Beautiful Moab Condo Close to National Parks

Charming, spacious, and modern 3bed/2.5bath unit, tastefully decorated. Our family very much enjoyed our stay here while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks before heading south to see Monument Valley. There is an upstairs patio with views of the local mountains, also great for star gazing at night. Owner was friendly and helpful and even provided updates and directions on road closures. What a great place to stay if you're ever visiting the Moab area!

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

We enjoyed this home for four nights while we toured around Moab and the national parks. It was a great location! The home is quiet and clean. It looked like the listing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. They even gave you a coffee starter kit! The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and the mornings! Check-in and check-out process was easy. My favorite part is they don't have a page full of chores for you to do when you leave! They just ask you to do a couple of common-sense things. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed with family and relatives in this wonderful home for 5 nights during spring break. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Moab, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park! Kids loved the place and wanted to stay longer. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances and electronics were in working order. Lucy was very responsive to any questions I had during and before arrival.
