Near Arches, Canyonlands National Park & Dead Horse Point State Park and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our space is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Our layout and location is ideal for couples, families, friends, business travelers, groups, and all adventurer's!

The Space:
Located in downtown Moab, La Dolce Vita Villas are equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious bedroom areas with climbing wall and fireman's pole, two luxury bathrooms, private patio and outdoor dining space with a propane BBQ grill. The property has ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, SXS's, jeeps & other adventure vehicles. Enjoy convenient bike/gear storage on property and cleaning stations to prep for your next adventure.

Guest Access:
You will enjoy convenient and secure access to the unit thanks to our keyless entry system. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a unique access code that will allow them to enter the unit without the need for physical keys. This code will be sent prior to your arrival on the booking platform and/or email allowing you to plan your trip with a hassle free and seamless arrival experience.

The Neighborhood:
Another great feature of this unit is its location - just steps from downtown Moab! You'll be within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment in town. Wake up to fresh coffee from Moab Coffee Roasters or grab a bite to eat at the nearby restaurants like the Moab Brewery & Canyon Pizza before heading out to explore the stunning natural landscapes that Moab is known for.

Guests are advised that the equipment and features are NOT REGULARLY INSPECTED and could fail at any time, ropes may slip and/or break, harnesses could slip or break and you may fall from significant heights, resulting in broken bones, other injuries or death. Perfect central location and comfortable furniture. Coolest place we have stayed in Moab! Kitchenware was in great shape, not junky pans. Appreciated the fine details like nice towels, bedding etc. The locked area for bike storage was usually full by the time we got back so storing bikes was only issue but we figured out plan B with our trucks. It was nice to have hose access to rinse off muddy gear.

Convenient, clean, everything we needed

We (family of 4 including 2 kids under 10) stayed in this lovely condo and used it as a home base to visit a couple national parks. It was perfect for our reset between parks to the west and our final stops to the south. The location was good - we did walk to the Moab Brewery one night - and also appreciated proximity to a grocery store. The kitchen mostly had what we needed to cook a few meals and we loved the space, especially the amazing bunk beds and fireman's pole in the kids' room! Could use a couple throw blankets for the couch or to keep warm at night. Shower doors in the hall bathroom were sticky/tough but other than that, perfect.

Epic stay

One of the most unique places we've ever stayed. Coolest bunk beds ever! And the climbing wall on the bedroom?? AWESOME!!! Loved the high ceilings and cozy feel. Such a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of hiking. Thank you so much!!!

Great location

Our family stayed in unit 5. The condo was very neat and well appointed. We used the kitchen to make breakfast every morning and did our laundry. The condo had all that was needed. Our son enjoyed the climbing wall. Yes, a climbing wall. :) The check in was very easy and Tyler the manager checked in with us before, during and after our stay. The location on the south end of town was convenient and yet not too busy or noisy. We did a lot of hiking and driving and got good rest at night. Would recommend and stay again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Moab Base Camp

We loved our time in La Dolce Vita Villas # 5! We were on a mighty five tour and had already been "hotel hopping" for five nights before arriving in Moab - so having the space to spread out and relax, as well as a full kitchen to cook meals in and a IN UNIT washer & dryer was absolute bliss.
