Everything was great! It was clean and spread out we didn’t feel like it was cramped! We loved being able to go out on the trails then having a shower. The extra trailer parking was perfect!

Fun place to stay

This was a good place to stay for our family get together. We enjoyed having a private hot tub and a fenced backyard. This unit also has extra parking for vehicles and trailers. The only complaints we have are we could have used more towels and some of the mattresses were too firm. Overall it was a great stay.

A little disappointing

Positives: Wonderful towels and bed linens. Hot tub, fireplace. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Big garage and driveway. Laundry detergent, DW detergent & sponge, bath soap & shampoo, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper provided. Negatives: LL Bathroom toilet wasn't clean, bottom of the microwave & exhaust fan had thick grease, air vent in LL Bathroom was dirty, thermostat warning message that furnace/AC filter needed to be changed. WiFi network and password were incorrectly listed on VRBO web page. We had to search for the info on the router box as there wasn't a VRBO notebook from the owner with instructions and the owner did not respond right away to our request for the WiFi network name and password. There were some seasonings in the cabinet for guests to use but there wasn't a salt shaker and the container of coffee was empty. The living room couch is discolored and in poor condition. One of the living room chairs had a broken leg and the kitchen chairs need felt pads on the bottoms of the legs as they made a screeching sound when moved on the tile floor. The dryer door latch was broken. Overall impression was that this VRBO needs some deep cleaning and some new furniture. The house has a good layout and many nice supplies but based on the price of this rental, I expected more. In addition, although we paid a host & service fees, the cleaning crew left an envelope requesting a tip for their services.

Great location

Four of us were there for a two day golf tournament... it was a very few minutes from the course. The property was very clean and met all our needs. I would recommend it to others. There are stairs to the upper floor.

Great base to explore

Spent a week riding and walking the trails round Moab and the house was perfect for that. Well resourced and plenty of space. Good to have a back yard to hot tub or sit in when the shade hits. Fully recommend 👌

. But a few maintenance issues

We loved the location and the layout of the unit. We had a few little problems. Fridge was not cooling. Our host ordered a new fridge immediately for the next day. That fridge had a water leak and the host had appliance people out within the day. Though they couldn’t fix it, we shut off the water to the ice maker and it was fine. The garage door opener (remote) was missing which was inconvenient as we had to go on the house every time we moved a car in or out. But over all, a nice unit and the support from the host was excellent. She did everything she could to help us.

Nice townhome, close proximity to Moab

Nice townhome in close proximity to downtown Moab and Arches. The WiFi connection was not working when we arrived, but the property manager/owner promptly supported in resolving the issue. It was a great stay for our family.

Great location

This place is perfectly located close to both Arches and Canyonlands. Moab is literally 4 minutes away via car, which was convenient for restaurants, groceries, and gift shopping. The indoor space was fantastic with a lot of space to spread out. The attached garage is really convenient for unpacking and packing the car. Towels were abundant and super plush. Soap, shampoo, conditioner,and laundry pods were provided. The kitchen was well stocked and clean, which made it easy to prepare all our meals. There are a few cons which prospective renters should be aware of. The house is very close to the main road so if you have the windows open, you will hear the cars whizzing by. The owner does take awhile to get back to you but it's just comparative to other owners who are lightning quick. The lock code was not sent until I messaged. You need to take out the garbage and that was not really clear at first. It literally is down the block but I didn't find that out until I asked the owner. You definitely choose this place for the prime location.

Needs some attention

We came with our employees for Jeep Safari and unfortunately the property was a bit disappointing. I will say we had a great week and enjoyed our four wheeling. I really hate to leave such a negative review but I would want to know about these things if I was going to rent this place again. The couch needs to be replaced. It was very dirty and even had holes in it. The bar stools are very stained and dirty, the table and placemats needed to be wiped, the washer had mold in it, there were many burned out bulbs, the hot tub was very low on water and there were no chemicals in the floater and there was dog poop in the backyard but I will say the property manager was very responsive with the light bulbs and hot tub. I think with some attention it could be a good option.

Vacation in Moab

We came to the area to visit the National Parks. The location of our rental was very convenient. The house was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of nice pots & pans and dishes. It was wonderful coming back from hiking to the hot tub! The kitchen needs potholders! A suggestion would be to have brighter table lamps, instead of having to use all the ceiling lights. We also enjoyed the fireplace.

Good place to stay for 2 families

We enjoyed our stay in Moab at this VRBO. My family of 5 stayed here with our friend’s, their daughter and our dog. As there is much to do in Moab we spent most of our time out in nature, we did request an early check-in so we could get our stuff and dog settled before an arc tour of Hells Revenge and the host was super accommodating, we just had to pay a small fee for the cleaners to clean up after the other renters before our arrival. We enjoyed everything about this property however I will add that the bedroom with the 2 queen beds needs different mattresses, they are the hardest beds I’ve slept on.

Nice and clean house. It’s adjacent to a road where you can hear the traffic while you’re sleeping in some bedrooms. The notification received with check in information had an incorrect host phone number and an incorrect house address. Luckily the incorrectly listed host was able to give me the correct address and phone number.

Perfect place to stay with 3 generations

Clean, comfortable, and quiet property in a good location, only a few miles from town. Hot tub was clean. Appliances seemed newer. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and decent cookware. This is a great place for large or extended families, or multiple couples. An appointed bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfect location next to highway to Arches .. with a beautiful butte view from the lovely condo

The cleanliness was outstanding!! Very impressive thanks ! The location is perfect and we enjoyed cooking in the spacious living space ..the grill and jacuzzi were also appreciated! We will be back to explore more of the canyons and beauty.

Very Nice

This property was as described, and worked out well for our group. It seemed quite new. Having a private bath for each bedroom was great. The fenced-in back yard worked out well for our two dogs. The location is close to town.

Great house with plenty of room

This house was easy to find and worked great for our whole family. Everyone had enough space and privacy. The large garage was great for storing our bikes. There is no communal bathroom, but the one off the main floor bedroom has a door to keep it separate if needed.

Great place to stay in Moab!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, very large and spacious, and we had so much room to relax and enjoy family time. We were so impressed with the extra things that were available for us to use, like condiments and spices, plenty of towels, pods for washer and dishwasher, trash bags, zip-lock bags, storage containers, etc. Most VRBOs are not as well stocked as this place. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, which allowed us to cook most of our meals in the condo. We had a family of 8 and had so much room for everyone to sleep. We all really enjoyed the hot tub! The only thing we noticed was many of the beds were very hard, but besides that it was a great place to stay! I would definitely recommend!
