The Space:

Welcome to our downtown newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit! This stylish and modern desert-themed unit is the perfect home base for your Moab adventure. Whether you're here to explore the nearby national parks or just relax in town, you'll love the comfort and convenience of this well-equipped 2 bedroom unit.



Inside, each bedroom you'll find a comfortable king bed, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The modern decor and thoughtful touches, such as the artwork and area rugs, make this unit feel like a true desert oasis.

The Neighborhood:

We are located two block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.



Other Things to Note:

Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.

Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.

Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

Great place

This place has whatever you need for a vacation close to Arches National Park. It’s 10 minutes away for the ANP entrance, great for getting in the park early without reservations. Very clean, comfortable, patio, 3 TVs, good size kitchen. The apartment situated close to downtown, but private and quiet. Highly recommend!

Our stay in downtown Moab was exactly what we wanted! Nearby National Parks and the town was so cute with shops and restaurants. The apartment was so clean, with comfortable furnishings, perfect parking, and even laundry. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the area.

Great stay

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. We found it to be fantastic for our family of four. It was about four blocks off the Main Street so that we weren’t impacted by all the jeeps for Jeep Week. It had great amenities. I grilled out one night and we were able to do laundry which they graciously provided the necessary detergent and super sheets. It was convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. Make sure to visit Corona Arch while you are in Moab too.

Great place, but A/C wasn’t working

Loved the place and it’s in a great location. Unfortunately the a/c wasn’t working, so the temperature read 78 indoors. We were able to cool down the property in the evening by opening the windows, but couldn’t spend any time indoors during the day. Owner sent maintenance to check on it, but the problem wasn’t resolved while we were there.

The apartment is fantastic. Even better than what the photos show. Seems brand new, modern, very clean, spacious and the location is very convenient. Close to Main St and to Arches National Park. It was a short stay but would definitely recommend it for a longer stay.

Perfect 2 BR apartment for a visit to the National Parks

The check in process was a easy and efficient. The property was really clean and modern, which made our down time in the area feel luxurious. After a day out in the sand and sun, this apartment had all the amenities that you could ask for. Plus, it’s a short 10-15 mins walk (depending on how sore you are after the day!) to the downtown area full of restaurants and stores. Close enough to where you can walk, far enough to where you don’t get all the noice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Apartment

Property is beautiful and apartment is fully furnished with everything you may need. Everything was clean and spotless and the Purple brand mattresses were very nice to sleep on. Not to hard or soft. Close as you can get to downtown and the Arches park. Full sized refrigerator was great for storing drinks, leftovers and ice for the cooler. The smart tvs were great for access to streaming services and wifi was easy and fast. I really don't think I could ask for anything else as far as a two bedroom rental is concerned. If I had to nit pick I would say that the dumpster needs to be emptied a little more regularly since it was full. Other than that I cannot recommend this stay enough.

Clean and pleasant

Was only there for a night but the place was very clean with everything you might need. Check in and check out instructions were clear too and the host was easy to reach and communicate with! Very close to Arches National Park as well. Would stay here if I ever come to Moab again :)
