Welcome to The Wandering Cow! Enjoy luxurious accommodations for 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, and a second living space at our loft with a sofa bed , 2 œ bathrooms, along with a spacious 2-car garage. The Wandering Cow is furnished with all of the luxury amenities and convenience you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Enjoy views of the mountains throughout the town home. We are close to town and nearby Moab attractions.
*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Decent place to stay in Moab

It is conveniently located near Arches Nat'l Park and near the town of Moab. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with things you'd need for preparing meals while you stay.

Business and leisure all in one.

We enjoyed the stay. We arrived late, so we were glad to see that a light was left on to make it easy to get into the house and see around. The house was spotless and had all the amenities you need. If you enjoy coffee or espresso, this is the place for you. My kids loved the cow decorations and want to rename the house the Wondering Cow. I would highly recommend the house and its location to anyone visiting Moab. If we were to return to Moab, we would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Vacasa!

Home was perfect. We wanted something close to the National Park to go hiking. The house was very well organized and had everything we needed. There was an issue with a closet door that was taken care of immediately. Great property and would highly recommend.

Suited us perfectly.

This is a nicely furnished 3 bedroom condo that fit our needs perfectly. It is clean, modern and very well appointed for cooking and entertaining. It is a few miles from Moab center, but we enjoyed the quiet relaxing location outside the bustle of Moab center. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended it.

Christmas Vacation

Property was just as in photos. Some issues with spiders, but sent someone to spray right away. Empty propane tank, was replaced same day. Comfortable beds. Close to attractions we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!!

Great Place

The Condo was very comfortable and great location. Spent 4 days dirt bike riding. The Weber Grill needs some repair, it would not get temperature above 200 degrees. The Mater shower did have some hair from previous guest. All and all nice place.

Nice little spot! Very clean!

Nice little spot to come in for the weekend either with a family or to be romantic. Three separate bedrooms makes it nice. Also with three separate bathrooms. Kitchen was spacious. Location was about 10 minutes south of town... The patio faces the main highway and the rim so keep that in mind as you do get a slight bit of traffic noise, the views from the patio are fantastic when the sun rises!!

Beautiful view of the red rock cliffs from the living room picture window. The kitchen had everything you could need for a gourmet meal. All the light switches were labeled so you know what you are turning on. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows too. The washer and dryer (laundry soap included) were very convenient. The condo was super clean and everything was arranged like a model home. WiFi was fast. Our group of five has a great stay and we all agreed we'd come back and stay here in a heartbeat. Absolutely recommend!

Magnificent views in Moab

We had the pleasure of staying here for 8 nights as WFH/family vacation! The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished and includes an open kitchen/family room area as well as 2 BR upstairs w/a gameroom. The view from the 2-story family room window is spectacular. We appreciated having the attached 2-car garage, although it did not accommodate a full-sized truck, but there is parking available just in front of the home. Well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals as well as several appliances to make the perfect cup of coffee. In-unit washer/dryer was especially helpful after hiking the nearby National Parks. We loved staying in this home!

A Magical Rim Vista

Wonderful stay! The inside of the townhouse was very clean and well stocked with all you could possibly need to cook or bbq some great family meals. The vista of the rim was phenomenal. One of the panoramic window shades was broken upon arrival but our host/property manager responded right away and removed the broken shade so that we could enjoy the view. Beds were comfortable and you had a variety of pillow support to pick from. The location was spectacular! A cozy quiet neighborhood with great amenities, the view of the Moab Rim and some pretty good stargazing at night. We even spotted a leg of the Milky Way Galaxy 🌌 during our stay. Magical!

Just fine. It is clearly part of the Vacasa corporate properties. No homey touches, just the bare minimum. The instruction book had outdated information for the town, shower curtain line rstank (they did come with a new one), shower curtain was stained at the bottom, ice maker in fridge didn’t work and water dripped from it, one toilet ran if you don’t move the handle back up, washer/dryer room smelled of sewage, and both washer and dryer definitely needed some cleaning. There were a variety of coffee makers but only instant coffee. Only in Vacasa properties does this happen. The place is great for a homemade in Moab, just not worth the excessive price for what you get. I’ll definitely be staying away from Vacasa properties in the future.
