This home is located in the Lewis and Clark neighborhood near the University Athletic Fields and golf course. It's a few blocks from a coffee shop and taphouse and several neighborhood restaurants. All while being just a 5 minute drive to downtown, The University of Montana, and even closer to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

If you're looking to explore the outdoors, you'll find yourself just a 15 minute drive from several of Missoula's popular trailheads, the Clark Fork, Bitterroot and Blackfoot river accesses, and just 13 miles straight to the parking lot of Snow Bowl Ski Resort.



With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

Single-level home featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a full bed—perfect for small groups, couples, or families seeking a convenient and cozy stay.

Outside, you'll find a medium-sized yard with an outdoor picnic table that provides space to unwind, and the free off-street parking in front of the home adds everyday convenience.

The local free bus line has a stop nearby . This is a great location to bring your bike as well with so much stuff close by!

As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge

This home is pet friendly. There is a 2 pet max. Please, be aware that the yard is not fenced.
