Enjoy one of the larger pools in the area, holding approximately 40,000 gallons and reaching 9 feet at its deepest point. Take a refreshing dip in the fenced pool (natural gas heating available for an additional fee) or unwind in the in-ground gas-heated hot tub. The pool fence adds an extra layer of peace of mind for families traveling with children.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by the Vrbo app, phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Pool heater:
The pool heating system uses a significant amount of natural gas, so activating it incurs a daily fee of $150 (plus tax). This fee will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

Maintenance:
For your convenience, our pool technician visits weekly to keep the pool clean. The landscaper services the property every Thursday, and trash is collected on Thursday mornings with walk-up service. These visits are scheduled to maintain the property while minimizing any disruption to your stay.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Parking:
Guests may park on the driveway, directly in front of the house, or across the street. Please do not park in front of neighbors` houses. The garage is not available for guest parking.

Community Perks:
Enjoy access to a nearby community basketball court. Doria Park is within walking distance and features a full-size basketball court and a small sand playground for kids. Bring a basketball and enjoy some family fun just steps from the home.

Wi-Fi:
High-speed T-Mobile internet is provided. Please bring your own login credentials for streaming apps on the Smart TVs.

Compliance:
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. No more than 13 guests are allowed on the property at any time.

Security:
For your safety, exterior Blink security cameras are located at the front door, porch, garage, and the corners of the backyard facing the pool and patio areas. Please note: cameras do not face the spa or the interior of the home.
House Rules
‱ Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
‱ No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
‱ No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
‱ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
‱ Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
‱ Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
‱ Please park in driveway. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
‱ Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the spa.
‱ BBQ and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
‱ No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
‱ Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
‱ Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
