Onda is a recently built villa located in Scacciano, within easy reach of beaches of Misano Adriatico and Riccione. Surrounded by Romagna Riviera landscapes, the villa features four double bedrooms, an elegant open-plan living area and a private garden with a raised swimming pool. Furnished with designer style and equipped with modern energy-saving technologies, Onda provides a comfortable and convenient base for families or groups of friends. The property borders its sister villa, Marea, and the two can be rented together for larger groups. Guests can enjoy nearby beaches, seaside promenades and local restaurants, as well as day trips to Rimini, San Marino and Gradara. Note: given its proximity to some of the Rivieraâs most popular seaside resorts â particularly lively during the summer months and holidays such as Ferragosto â the setting may feel more vibrant compared to that of a secluded countryside retreat.

The villa is spread on two floors. GROUND FLOOR â Entrance into an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and lounge with French windows to the garden; double bedroom with divisible bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; guest bathroom; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms (one with divisible bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom; one bathroom with shower.
Park:
The garden covers approximately 200 sq m and is partially fenced with 120â180 cm-high wire mesh. It includes a lawn and paved area surrounded by oleanders, palms and hedges. The dining area, located in front of the pool, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs and shaded by an electric awning. A corridor separates the villa from neighbouring Villa Marea, with flowerpots and cane borders enhancing privacy. The rear part of the garden is set at a slightly lower level.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is positioned directly in front of the villa and raised slightly above the garden on a decked platform. Irregular in shape; measures approximately 45 sq m with a depth ranging from 0.30 to 1.20 m; lined in stoneware; chlorine purification with sand filter; beach entry and steps for access. The LED lighting system extends both inside the pool and throughout the surrounding solarium area, which is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
