The space
Are you ready for a unique experience? Leave behind the masses and the noise; make your way to our magical jungle dome for an experience you won’t forget! Tranquil and peaceful, our dome offers breathtaking panoramic views of the port, the gulf, the Nicoya peninsula, and the starry night sky!
Equipped with a bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom, you’ll have everything you need in your dome. Small but functional, the kitchenette is equipped with an electrical jig, a small refrigerator, and kitchen utensils.
During your stay, you’ll also have access to the pool and hammocks. Spend your days hiking to rivers and exploring the canopy or relaxing in hammocks by the pool. The nearby waterfalls, rainforest parks, and biodiversity are waiting for you to explore and experience them. In the evenings, stargaze and navigate your way through the constellations!

In the pool area you will find a platform to observe the impressive view of the Gulf of Nicoya, some nets in which you can lie down and see the sky and an area near the pool with hammocks. Many trees, pure oxygen. Definitely a place that offers you many options in one place. .

To help you get around, we have a taxi driver that we work with named Giovanny. He offers very reasonable prices and he’ll wait at your destination for 2-3 hours till you’re ready to come back!
There is also a bus that leaves Tajo Alto every morning if you’re looking to take the bus that goes to Puntarenas or San José.

When you stay with us, you won’t just be our guests – you’ll also be our friends! We’re all here to enjoy the incredible flora and fauna of this beautiful country and we love sharing it with visitors. Costa Ricans call ourselves “ticos” – and we’re very friendly ticos indeed!

✔ Many microclimates exist within a short distance; therefore, we recommend a sweater for the evenings 

✔ There is a rich biodiversity here with many different kinds of flora and fauna, especially birds and butterflies – how many can you count?

✔ Our forest was previously a cattle area; it has now been reforested and if you take the time to listen and observe, you will discover it is an enchanted forest with many different sounds!

✔ We have many nearby rivers and waterfalls – feel free to bathe and swim in them!
