Limearita is a bright, 6-bedroom beach house designed for large families, groups of friends, and reunions. With an open floor plan and a private backyard oasis that includes a heated pool, it’s the ultimate base for a "park and relax" getaway in the heart of Miramar Beach.

THE LIMEARITA OASIS (PRIVATE POOL)
Our secluded, tropical backyard is a fenced retreat featuring a private pool. We believe in a comfortable swim, so we provide FREE pool heating up to 80 degrees (available through 4/30). If you prefer a warmer, resort-style swim, upgraded heating levels are available for an additional cost (collected AFTER booking). Upgrades must be for the full length of stay:

83°F – $15/night

88°F – $45/night Please message us for the exact upgraded heating cost for your dates.

GOLF CART
Rental will include a 6-seater electric golf cart provided by our third-party vendor. It will be required to complete their agreement, provide a valid driver's license and insurance. All operators of the golf cart must be at least 24 years of age.

LOCATION & LIFESTYLE
Skip the beach parking battle! We are located just 2 blocks from the emerald waters and sugar-white sands. You can walk to the beach, Pompano Joe’s, and local favorites in minutes. A Greek restaurant and a Sushi spot are just 1 block away.

GATHERING SPACE
The heart of the home features an open layout and a custom-built artisan dining table that seats 15+ guests. It was locally crafted specifically for this house so your entire group can finally enjoy a group meal together in one spot!

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

2 Master Suites: King beds, balcony access, and one with a dedicated workspace.

2 Main Floor Bedrooms: Queen beds for easy access (no stairs).

1 Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with coastal vibes.

1 Kid Zone Bunk Room: One Twin-over-Twin (with stairs) and one Full-over-Full (with ladder).

AMENITIES & PARKING

Beach Gear: We provide a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and sand toys.

Family Ready: Pack-n-Play and High Chair available upon request.

Parking: We are licensed for exactly 2 vehicles.

Tech: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi and 65-inch Smart TV in the main living area.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & HOUSE RULES

To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, we require the following:

Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking.

Security Deposit: A 500 dollar refundable security deposit hold is required.

Check-in/out: 4:00 PM Arrival / 9:30 AM Departure. We cannot accommodate early arrivals, late departures, or luggage drop-offs.

Pet Policy: Max 1 approved dog (under 30lbs) with paid pet fee.

Strict Policies: No smoking/vaping inside or in the backyard. Absolutely NO GLASS in the backyard/pool area. No parties, events, glitter, or dye.

Monitoring: For your safety, exterior video cameras (NO interior views) and interior noise level monitors (decibels only) are in use.

The house is beautiful and accommodates a large group nicely. Chuck was so reaponsive and our check in an out was so easy. Easy walk to beach and beautiful pool and deck area in back. We don’t have any complaints and would highly recommend to others. The snacks and coffee to get you started is such a nice touch.

Perfect place for our big family vacation!

There were 14 of us with a wide range of ages 2 - 62. The pool was the gathering place, it was perfect! Big kitchen and eating area - we could all eat together! Stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some! Not far from the beach and a good neighborhood of friendly people. Also, the place is safe for the youngsters! Amazing stay!!

My friends and I had the absolute best weekends here. It’s walking distance from the beach, where there is a beach bar you can order drinks from! We used the chairs from the house and posted up all day. The pool area is amazing as well. The house is spread out with lots of space and enough bathrooms for 16 girls comfortably. We will be back no doubt! It is close to shopping and food as well. Truly has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.

This house offers a fantastic foundation for a wonderful vacation. It's impeccably clean and fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The property was very roomy and we loved the large dining room table especially for board game every night.The Bedrooms were the appropriate size and the house was furnished with a starter kit for the kitchen, laundry room, bath and the coffee bar along with snacks. Family getaway!

This was an absolutely amazing home. It had everything needed especially for a large group. Plenty of room, towels, dishes, cooking supplies. The pool was amazing, plenty of space for everyone by the pool. The outdoor shower was very helpful too. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and the wagon was helpful for the beach. The golf cart was awesome and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay at this home again. Thank uou wonderful hosts!

Awesome stay for friend getaway

We had a group of 8 friends for a weekend getaway and this house was perfect. The house was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The location of the house was great to get to the beach and shops. We were able to spend the day at the beach and evenings in the house with a group dinner at the huge dining room table then relax by the pool in the backyard. This was a great trip, so glad we got to stay here. Thank you!!

You need to stay here !

We have been taking our 5 children ( 16-27) and some extras friends for Christmas vacation for a couple of years now. We have stayed in Mirimar before , but nothing compares to this house. We have a large family so we normally cook in . There was everything and more in the kitchen for any type of meal. The pool was large enough for all 10 of us to fit in it (and heated to a nice temperature when it was cold out ) the gulf cart was amazing to be able to get anywhere. The breakfast coffee bar was so nice . It has complimentary teas , coffees and snacks when you arrive was so nice. Then they even had enough beach chairs for everyone and a beach cart. I you don’t want to bring anything with you but your suitcases this is the place to stay. The host were amazing and replied back within minutes. Thank you for opening up your house to our family , it felt like home

Limearita is the perfect family house!

This property is the quintessential beach house. The house is relaxed, comfortable, and made for families. It’s a wonderful house, but it isn’t fragile. Imagine house giving your family a hug. Combine that with Chuck and Vicki’s communication excellence, and your entire trip will be just this side of perfect.

Amazing Stay

The house and property was very clean and tidy! The location is great with just a short walk to the public beach access. We traveled with an infant so the high chair and the playpen was a plus! The kitchen was very well stocked with wares needed to prepare meals. We will definitely book again for future family vacations to the area.

Amazing trip and 5 star stay!

Limearita was everything we hoped it would be and more! The location was great; we were an easy walk/golf cart ride from the beach, pompano joes, Alvin’s island souvenir shop, ice cream, coffee and more! There were plenty of beach equipment: chairs, volleyballs, a beach wagon, and kids toys like shovels/buckets/boogie boards! The backyard with the pool was also great. There were multiple chairs to lay on, 2 picnic tables with large umbrellas for shade, and the temp of the pool was amazing!(without even needing to be heated) and there was an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, spices/essentials, and even Tupperware to store left overs. This property also comes with a guidebook with everything you need to know about the VRBO, check in, check out, recommendations on what to do in the area, and more. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and bedding as needed. We also reached out to the owners Vicki and Chuck while we were there, and they got back to us right away. They were so helpful and very reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return! This place has everything you need to have the perfect stay!

This property was perfect!

We had such a great stay! This house was so spacious and came equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! It was Just a short golf cart ride to the beach which was perfect. Check in was so easy and communication was great. I really loved the “app” that told us everything we needed to know about the house and the area. It was great that i could send it to the other guests so they could look over and understand rules, etc. We will definitely consider staying here again!

This is a very nice spacious home.. the home was very clean, updated and well supplied with the things we needed
 The only thing I would change is having twin beds or 2 full size beds in a couple of the rooms vs having king and queen beds in the rooms.. Overall this home is definitely 5 star and worth the money!!
