We really enjoyed our yearly spring break trip thanks to this superbly and adequately stocked home! They even provide a golf cart for quick short trips, which definitely got put to use. We would recommend this stay to anybody and will definitely consider it when we are back in the area!

Everything We Needed

The pictures did not do this house justice. It was beautiful, well maintained and plenty of space. We traveled with 12 people and worried that we would not have the space we wanted but we did. We now regret not booking an additional day. Next year we will look to book again around Thanksgiving. The kids had a blast with the games and dedicated space.

Large property with ample sleeping arrangements. Multiple floors allowed for friends and family to spread out during the weekend trip. Golf cart access lead to easy beach days and the pool was very relaxing after time at the beach.

This site is FIRST CLASS all the way. Upon entrance it's obvious that property is new, modern, clean, and take care of. My party of 18, stayed 5 nights very comfortably and everyone had a place to sleep. The property is great for spreading out and retreating to your own suite, and also cozy in the common areas for movies, games and great conversation. The 6-seater golf cart is a HUGE added bonus. It helps prevent all the sand from being transferred to your vehicles on days you visit the beach. The beach is close and a comfortable walk as well. The community is new and well taken care of. We enjoyed everything about our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful home and great location

My mother hosted a family reunion over the 4th of July. We found the floor plan allowed plenty of room for us to be together, and also with 3 levels to have space of our own. The location to the beach was convenient and the included golf cart has very helpful to transport people and beach accessories since parking can be difficult near the beach. It also was a very easy walk to the beach. The community also has a pool which we enjoyed. The listed home description is very accurate. My only addition would be that the home only provided 1 hair dryer ( i think they normally had more, but they had disappeared). Hopefully, they will add more since we have shared with them there was only 1. I would advise guest to bring beach towels since only a few were provided. There were several beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas which we really appreciated. Overall I would recommend this rental.

The property was just as impressive in person as it was in the pictures on the website. It definitely did not disappoint! It was clean and provided everything needed to feel like you were at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils to prepare your favorite meals, and a huge refrigerator and dining table to accommodate our large group. The 7 bedrooms and 6 baths very comfortably accommodated our 17 family member, group ages ranging from 57 down to my 23 month old granddaughter. We had family game night along with the chance to point out recent huge accomplishments of certain family members and more all under one roof. I'm used to staying directly on the beach and I must say that even though the property was about a quarter mile away from the beach, the location was perfect. The swimming pool was only a few steps away and the complimentary golf cart made getting to the beach very convenient. My stay at the property was like being at home away from home and made our annual spring trip one to remember. The host Lynn White was phenomenal! She checked in with us to make sure that everything was going fine and was redily available to address a small detail that we overlooked prior to check in. I definitely recommend Lynn White and this 5 Star accomodation! We look forward to staying again next spring.
