Experience three floors of beach-themed bliss at this newly updated three-story beach resort getaway! Brisas Del Mar is a cozy yet elegant beach house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home sleeps 12. It’s perfectly spread out, so you feel like you have plenty of privacy…even in a full house!

Enter Brisas Del Mar and immediately feel welcomed by the plush furnishings. Everything is arranged for gathering and enjoying time together in the main living space and the kitchen. The open concept of the living room makes the home feel intimate and spacious. There’s ample seating. The dining table accommodates 8 while the kitchen’s granite breakfast bar seats 4.

The first master bedroom is on this level. It features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite accessible to the first-floor guests.

The second floor boasts a second master suite with king bed, TV, private balcony, and private ensuite with double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a queen with a futon and private balcony access. This room shares a full bath in the hallway.

The third floor is a real treat and is a perfect place for the kids. The bedroom in the crow’s nest has a twin-over-twin bunk with twin trundle and a twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle. There are two balconies on floor three, one of which overlooks one of the pools.
