It is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath featuring a king size (memory foam!) bed in the bedroom, a twin size sleeper sofa and twin size rolling bed, comfortably sleeping 4 adults (max 5 total guests including children with no more than 4 adults).

It has been tastefully furnished to give you tropical vibes and feel totally relaxed! Plenty of natural light throughout. Come back from a fun day at the beautiful beach and dip into the community pool just a few steps away, enjoy drinks on the patio while watching the sun set/rise and end the night with a card game or a movie! GUEST ACCESS: We have a smart lock for self check in. You will be provided with a unique door code for your stay. You will have access to the entire home minus owners closet. (Located in the living room next to tv, please do not tamper with these doors.)

INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior with brand new everything! 50" Flat Screen Smart TVs with Roku for streaming services (bring your own passwords) in the living room, and some cards available to entertain.

BEDROOM: Features a comfortable luxe king size bed, 43" Flat Screen Smart TV with Roku, and twin size rolling bed tucked away in the closet. Washer and dryer also available for use. There are closet hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cookware, cooking utensils, cooking spices, knife set, blender, drip/kcup coffee maker, toaster, kettle, eating utensils, and dinnerware. We provide some kcup pods for your caffeine craving.

OUTDOOR SPACE: private patio w/ table + chairs for 4, right outside the bedroom. Watch the sunset or have a peekaboo view of the pool. This area is perfect for morning coffee, mimosas or late afternoon cocktails. There is also a community bbq pit by the pool for your dining needs.

GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi (up to 500 mbps). Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are all provided in the closet in bedroom.

PARKING: 1 designated parking spot right in front of the door and guest parking nearby.

COMMUNITY POOL: Open year round. Just steps away in the backyard. Not heated.

CLEANING: A starter pack will be provided with all stays and includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo, and body wash. Beach towels can be found in the bedroom closet.

CAMERAS: Cameras are in use at the front door for your safety. Any tampering with, removing, disconnecting, moving, covering equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation and removal.

REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds for weather, weather related issues, or natural disasters. Please look into travel insurance if necessary.

***A legally signed rental agreement and $300 security deposit hold is required for all stays. Please message us before booking if you would like to read the full rental agreement. All reservations are considered tentative for 48 hours, or until a signed agreement is received, whichever comes first.

***PLEASE NOTE: This is not a spring break property, absolutely no parties! The minimum age to book is 25 years old. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. No smoking or pets allowed.
