We've been coming to Sandestin for several years - and this was our favorite location so far. Right across the street from Baytowne Wharf - right on the 8th whole of the Baytowne Golf Course - and the property itself was very nice/clean.

Great Stay- Minus some maintenance issues

This unit is so nice! Nice furnishings, decorations, layout. Loved the location being so close to the neighborhood pool, Baytowne Village, and the use of the golf cart was a must! (And one of the reasons we chose this property) It’s just a short little drive over to the beach access. We did have a couple issues with appliances however. The gas stove burners were clicking or the flame would only go super high & then burn out. They came to look at it during our stay but the issue was not resolved. This was not ideal- I had bought groceries for making breakfast which I was not able to make, and we had hoped to save some money on dining out by having a few meals at home. I also discovered on the last day (prior to checkout) that the dryer was not working. That was a bummer as I had wanted to wash our beach towels before heading home. Thankfully I had only washed swimsuits when I found out, so I was able to easily hang them to dry. When we were packing our things we did also see two roaches but I chalked that up to a Florida summer problem. The unit itself was very clean upon arrival. To end on a good note: our favorite memory of our stay is going out onto the golf course to watch the Tuesday night fireworks. It was so nice being able to watch them with zero crowd! The screened in porch was also great for hanging out after the kids went to bed. Great property- hopefully they can fix the appliances!

Girls Weekend

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend. It was prettier than the pictures and very clean . The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Check in was super easy. We did have a problem with the garage door not opening. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Property

The property itself is gorgeous. If you're traveling with strictly adults (ESPECIALLY people who like to golf!), this location would be a dream come true! For families with young children, however, having to pack up everything to go to the beach on a golf cart every day certainly got old. Still, overall a great vacation spot!

Sandestin Beach and Golf Club

Nice house on one of the three Golf Courses. Golf cart is a nice amenity as you can get to one of the two restaurant and shopping areas. It's also a quick ride to the beach on the cart.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo with peaceful view of the golf course. Very clean and well decorated. I’m super picky and I liked this condo. I was disappointed that the screens on the porch were not there. Another post indicated this back in May. As of this posting at the end of June, the screens have not been fixed. This info should be removed from the description, as this was disappointing to find upon arrival. Due to screens not being on the porch, couch and chair cushions were covered in bugs and were not clean. We had to cover them with towels in order to sit there. And the little “lizards” run all over the place. One great thing is the golf cart! We loved having that! We drove that thing every where! So much fun to have! Condo is also across the street from the pool so that is also convenient. Golf was wonderful at The Links and Raven Golf Clubs. We also had PERFECT view of the Tuesday night fireworks! Just walked out the back door and stood on the cart path! No obstruction and no crowd. Perfect! If we were ever to return to the Sandestin Resort, I would stay in this condo again. The crowds are extremely heavy at Sandestin, especially at the beach, so unfortunately, we probably won’t be back.

This was a prefect location and home was nice but we picked this place also for screened porch and trundle bed and it had neither. Screen was there but did not work so we could not enclose as we wanted and there was no trundle bed as advertised.

Fantastic Deal on updated Townhouse.

The location is better than we anticipated. Within walking distance to Bayside (or very short golf cart ride) 4 minutes to the beach on the golf cart. Private golf course back yard. Recently remodeled, looks great, bathroom was fantastic, beds are comfortable. TVs had all the Netflix etc hooked up. Great deal at a great price.

Great BEACH vacation

We love staying in SanDestin! It is very family friendly and so many things to do! We think having a golf cart is a MUST! We load up on the golf cart to go to the beach, this way you do not get sand in your vehicle. We also used the golf cart to go to the Publix and other restaurants near by. The house was great as well. We will be back!

New Year’s 2021

We live in New Orleans but, decided to spend New Year’s in Sandestin. The resort was very nicely decorated for the holidays and while the head great New Year’s schedule of events, weather during our trip provided some of them from going on. Coincidentally, the reason for our choosing this house for our visit was that we decided not to stay on our yacht in the Sandestin Harbor because of the weather.The house is very conveniently located two Baytowne village and grand Boulevard. We could also see the fireworks display from the rear screened in porch. Great location and I would recommend staying here to anyone.
