The living area includes a comfortable seating space with a large TV, and the adjoining kitchen showcases new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all the essentials needed for easy meal preparation.

Enjoy easy ground-level access to the community courtyard and pool directly behind the unit. With its fresh design, modern amenities, and unbeatable location, this home delivers the perfect mix of coastal charm and convenience.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, wall-mounted iron and board, and ensuite access to a beautifully upgraded bathroom with natural stone floors, porcelain walls, and a spa-style shower
Guest Bedroom: 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed
Both bathrooms are fully updated with elegant finishes and modern fixtures.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Every detail of Tradewinds #3 By the Sea was designed with guest comfort in mind. The home includes a washer and dryer behind double doors in the living area, smart climate control, and reliable T-Mobile Wi-Fi (network details located on the back of the router).

The condo's ground-floor position means no stairs or elevators—simply step outside to the shared pool and BBQ area or stroll across the street to the beach. The private patio overlooks the pool courtyard with a partial Gulf view to the side.

Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio, enjoying the short walk to Pompano Joe's, or relaxing after a day in the sun, this beach retreat offers everything you need for a restful and memorable Miramar Beach vacation.

Parking:

Each condo at Tradewinds Condominiums includes one assigned parking space that corresponds to the unit number. A second vehicle is permitted to park in a “Reserved” spot, but these are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is extremely limited and not guaranteed.
‱ Parking passes are required. Two passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. Parking is complimentary during the rental period only. Guests must fill out each pass with their unit number and stay dates, and display it visibly in their vehicle at all times.
‱ No motorhomes, oversized vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, or non-motorized vehicles are permitted.
‱ No vehicle repairs of any kind (including oil changes) may be carried out on the property.
‱ No parking in any numbered spot that does not match your unit number. All vehicles must follow posted parking rules. Violations may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

Unit #3's spot is directly in front of the unit!

The complex offers a sparkling outdoor pool, sun-soaked sundeck, and BBQ grilling area, creating the perfect setting for laid-back beach days and evening cookouts. Each condo includes one assigned parking space, and the community's smaller size means a quieter, more private atmosphere than the nearby high-rise resorts.

A paved bike and walking trail runs along Scenic Gulf Drive just outside the property, perfect for a morning stroll or sunset ride. Guests often enjoy gentle Gulf breezes and vibrant sunsets over the water—reminders of why this stretch of Miramar Beach is considered one of Florida's true coastal gems.

Beach Access: The Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access (#49) is located directly across the street next to Pompano Joe's Seafood House (2237 Scenic Gulf Dr). Guests can walk from Tradewinds Condos (2250 Scenic Gulf Dr) straight to Scenic Gulf Drive, cross at the Pompano Joe's crosswalk, and enter the public access boardwalk—a 1–3 minute walk. Amenities include parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, water fountains, and lifeguards during peak season.

Trash Disposal: Dumpsters are located on the north side of the site entrance (near Ellis Road). Guests are responsible for removing trash as needed and before checkout.

Pets: Tradewinds Condominiums is a no-pet property.

General Courtesy: Please respect all posted signage, property boundaries, and fellow guests. This community is privately owned; violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
