The condo itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The issue I have was there was construction going on on all buildings, and it was NOT mentioned in the listing. This has nothing to do with the host but the property management company. Again the condo was perfect and I would stay there again, without construction every day from 9 to 5.

Great location, nice and updated condo with all amenities. Within 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything worked very well (washer/dryer, wifi, etc.). Would highly recommend.

We found things in our condo we wasn’t for sure What it was and they came out and looked at it and found out that it was termites in our room was not as clean as what we would like there was dog hair human hair we found in several different places including some dirty dishes in the cabinet

Well short of expectations

We had some issues with this rental. I will try my best to describe the pros and cons: PROS - Location is great. Across the street from the public access beach and Pompano Joe's. The decor was pleasant and there was enough seating inside for 3 of us to spread out. CONS - When we arrived, there was a very strong odor of stagnant mildew. It was also 82 degrees inside.The AC wasn't on, so it became very humid inside and that likely was a contributor. We checked in at about 4pm and it took 3 hours for the to get the temperature down to 73. We cooked breakfast the next morning and noticed the exhaust fan made a loud humming noise but did not work. All but one of the fry pans was warped on the bottom. Since the condo has a solid surface stovetop, the pans only touched on the center of the bottom, making it difficult to cook things evenly. They only provided 2 packets of dish detergent, 2 packets of laundry soap, and 2 medium trash bags. We stayed for 4 nights, so that was clearly not enough. Another thing that you need to bring is SALT and PEPPER. I understand food items with Covid and all, however they could have at least purchased some salt/pepper packets for guests to use. Also there is no oil or sprays of any kind. The pull lever in the shower that routes the water from the bath spout to the shower head did not work right, making part of the water come out the spout and part come out the shower head, so water pressure was poor. The PVC chairs/table on the patio were dingy and had mildew/soil on them in areas. The toilet was actively leaking at the bottom and wobbled slightly when seated. The beds were VERY firm. I tried the foldout bed and it was worse. So I slept on the couch. Maintenance came out and fixed the toilet, but couldn't fix the shower or exhaust fan. Seemed frustrated and burdened by my call. We really tried to like this place. The reviews were glowing. No one mentioned anything that we experienced, so this will likely be a shock to the owner.

Nice condo

We stayed July 14-17. The condo was clean and nice. Please note if you have small children, the road to get to beach access was quite busy during this time of year. The condo had extra beach chairs and Boogie boards in a supply closet and had was relatively close on proximity to everything you may need during your stay. We had a great time!

Great Condo

The condo was in an excellent location! Directly across the street from the beach, about a 3 minute walk. Was a rather quiet area (at least while we were there). Condo is very nicely decorated. Comfortable beds! Plenty of extra bath towels. Liked that it had a ceiling fan in the bedroom! Do need to take your own dishwashing liquid & coned shaped coffee filters. Loved having a keyless entry! Convenient to lots of shopping centers, outlet stores & restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Trade winds Unit 26

This is a beautiful condo. It is very, very clean. It is well decorated and has a fresh, beachy feel. It has a new art piece labeled 2020 that we LOVED! The oversized bedroom has plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. The bath has ample towels for a family. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer. The bedroom and living area open to the balcony and each room has an ocean and pool view. The sleeper sofa has all the extra needed bedding. I was surprised how well it slept. The kitchen includes everything we needed, even for a crab boil. The outdoor grills are protected from ocean breezes. The pool area is well maintained and has an ocean view. It is a short walk to the beach and a shorter walk to Pampano Joe's. It is a great value. I would book again tomorrow.

A great place to stay!

This property was the perfect size for our family of four. It was clean and tidy upon our arrival. It is a very short distance to the beach and many great restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation in beautiful Destin Florida. We would definitely rent this property again.

Had a great time!

I gave 3 stars on the check in process because the code to get into the room was not sent to me. I had to contact Destin getaways twice before I got it. Also, check out time is 10am and the cleaning ladies showed up at 9:10. Other than that, we had a blast! My aunt and uncle have stayed at Tradewinds for years and we thoroughly enjoy it!
