Miramar fall break

Gorgeous and spacious. The golf cart was a required perk for beach and Baytowne access. It was removed for brake Check without our knowledge, as soon as I called about it, we were compensated. Condo is close to restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Only reason for 4 stars was the golf cart was not operable. Sounds like it’s been a running issue the last few guests. Upset it wasn’t taken care of. We could have gotten a better location for the same price. But a golf cart was key for us. But management service was friendly and let us check in quite a bit early. Property was nice and clean

Favorites included Hurricane Oyster and Seafood, Vue on 30A, Local Catch (also on 30A) and Donut Hole a must for fantastic breakfast, great donuts, pies and cakes. Property management company was professional and easy to work with. Traffic, especially along key routes like Hwy 98 and 30A was very congested so had to learn to be patient and allow extra time for travel.

Saw three bucks while walking at night !I hope this area continues to stand the test of time and new development !!It holds a piece of our hearts.

Tivoli Condo

Baytowne Wharf has been a family favorite for 10 years. We have stayed in different communities within the resort. Although the property was closer to the beach it was not our favorite. The listing says it is pet friendly; however, property management states NO PETS allowed. There was dark dog hair everywhere. Sofa, floor, bedding. My husband kept getting bites on his legs and arms. The property has great potential but needs to be fogged and cleaned under beds, etc.

Golf Cart issues

Overall the rental property was enjoyable. It was well decorated, comfortable, and a great location. Cleanliness we rated only 3 stars because in the guest room next to the bed we discovered small animal droppings, either from a cat or small dog. We cleaned that up and did not discover any other droppings. Also, on check in we were suppose to receive the access code prior to 4 pm to enter the property. We arrived at the property after 4 pm but still had not received the access code. We contacted the management company several times for the access code but did not get the code until about 20 minutes after we arrived. This was very frustrating. Last but not least was the golf cart that was included with the unit and one of the main reasons we chose this unit. The dashboard display would not work. It would flash on for a minute and not come back on. We could not tell important items such as battery life, if it was charging, or mph, etc. Additionally, the charging cable portal was very loose and u could not tell if the battery was being charged. Plus emergency brake did not work. We contacted the property management company who said they could open a work ticket but it would have to be taken away to get repaired and could not give us a time frame to get it back. They also did not offer a replacement. We decided to use the cart but on a limited basis as we could not determine if the cart was charged or what percent battery was left. This also was very frustrating.
